MTPS-II -ES Circle- Electrical Maintenance Division - Attending general cleaning, routine/ preventive maintenance and minor repair works of 400KV GIS/230KV GIS, 22KV/11KV/ 3.3KV and 415 Volts electrical equipments and accessories in EM Division for the period of 365 days from the date of taking over of the site.; (a) Charges for cleaning works and minor repair works of electrical equipments& accessories and attending routine /preventive works as per Annexure enclosed in the following areas as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 1. 230 KV GIS &400 KV GIS2. Switchyard 3. DG set 4. CWPH5. FWPH6. PTP7. ETP8. STP9. RWPH, DM plant (St-III) 10. Weigh bridge11. Lighting in the above area(b)Charges for cleaning works and minor repair works of electrical equipments& accessories and attending routine /preventive works as per Annexure enclosed in the following areas as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. 1. Transformer yard 2. TG Building 0m,8.5m,17m, 23.5m,27m 3. HT Switchgear & HT Motors4. LT Switchgear & LT Motors 5. Main plantbatteries and chargers6. De-aerator Floor7. Mill areas (c)Charges for cleaning works and minor repair works of electrical equipments& accessories and attending routine /preventive works as per Annexure enclosed in the following areas as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.1. Boiler areas 2. Bottom Ash Hopper 3. ESP4. FOPH5. Hydrogen plant6. Ash handlingand 7. Silo etc(d) Charges for attending maintenance of Electrical power supply and Fault rectificationworks in Site and Thottilpatty& RE Camp and near BSNL areasas per Annexure enclosed in the following area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge 1. Service building2. Fire Station3. Canteen4. Dispensary5. Lighting in the above areas6. Street lighting& Yard lighting7. High mast lighting8. Approach road lighting9. Maintenance of construction power supply in Site10. Fault rectification works in Site, Thottilpatty and RE camp and near BSNL of residential areas. 11.Lightng and fault rectification works in newly constructed residential quarters A4 area, Court area, Thottipatty and Thermal Nagar-1.Including Consumables like cotton waste, gada cloth, Silica gel, lubricants and electrical consumables, safety appliancesincluding PPE etc., and hire charges for T&P required and drawl of materials from stores / devolution of materials
