Maintenance of Rsp Sector-80 With Two Year Maintenance (Subhead Plantation Work) Noida - Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately)Holes 60 cm dia, and 60 cm deep 2 Supplying and stacking at Site Dump Manure form Approved Source Including carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in Stackswill bereduced by 8% for Payment). 3 Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately) 4 Supply of Plants 5 Providing and stacking of Cassia fistula (Amaltash) of height 120-135 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge. 6 Bougainvillea named variety, Sobhra, Thima, Marry palmar, Cherry Blossom etc. well developed with fresh & healthy bushy plant in full bloom 75 to 90 cm ht. plant in 40 cm Cement Pot 7 Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water) 8 Trees Plants 9 Shrubs Plants 10 PART –BYEAR MAINTENANCE 11 Complete maintenance of Tree jobs like making of basin at regular interval,application of fertilizer etc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department and other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor )as per direction of officer in charge(RSP) 12 Complete maintenance of shrubs (outside garden features), jobs like making of basin at regular interval,application of 1fertilizer, manure & spray of insectcideetc, (excluding the cost of material which shall be supplied by the department) and as per direction of officer in charge(RSP) 13 Providing and wartering of plants through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e.tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover, Road Side Plantation ,Centrell Vergeetc. at the site of work. Water tanker having 5000 lit. capacitywith one labour for watering i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer-in-charge.
