** bidder must supply a complete list of consumables, catalysts and reagents necessary to process 100 samples using their supplied equipment. For each item the bidder must declare: item name, chemical/formulation, purity, pack size, whether single-use or reusable, expected useful lifetime (if reusable — number of samples per unit), and total quantity supplied with the machine.

**Bidders must submit a Gas Declaration Table showing per-sample gas consumption (L/sample at STP) for each gas required by their system (He, H₂, O₂, Ar, etc.), the cylinder size and content assumed, gas purity, and number of full cylinders supplied. All gas quantities supplied must be sufficient to process 100 samples (calculated as per-sample × 100 × 1.10 spare). Bidders must also provide at least full cylinders of each critical gas required (He, H₂, O₂) unless a written justification is provided (e.g., solid reductant or on-site generator). Lack of a complete Gas Declaration Table or unrealistically low cylinder quantities will be treated as technically non-compliant.
