Environmental Consultancy Services including preparation of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report for New Distillery Unit Plant for Supply, Erection and Commissioning of 120 KLPD Multi feed Distillery (i.e B-Heavy molasses, C-Heavy molasses, maize, broken rice etc.) and configuration with 30 TPH Travelling Grate type Boiler using bagasse & rice husk, 3.0 MW Capacity Power Turbine with Zero Liquid Discharge System based on concentration & incineration, CO2 Recovery Plant (including complete Civil Works) at Karnal Cooperative Sugar Mills Ltd., Karnal-132001 and to get Environment Clearance.Note: -Time Period for obtaining Environment Clearance will be within Ten Month (10 Month) only.Scope of Services:-1. Field study to fill up detail of form-1 and to suggest Terms of reference (TOR).2. Site visit by team Consisting of Senior Technical Sectorial Advisor/Concern Area Environmental Expert for overview of projects site & surrounding study area.3. Initial data compilation for application submission.4. Submission of application in Form-1, along with Pre-Feasibility Report in MoEF & CC.5. Reply of EDS raised by MoEF& CC.6. First Technical Committee Preserftation in front of \"Expert Appraisal Committee\", MoEF& CC, New Delhi, for approval of proposed Terms of reference (TOR), in MoEF&CC, New Delhi.7. Reply of ADS raised by MoEF & CC.8. Environmental Baseline study/Data collection at site, as suggested by Expert Appraisal Committee of MoEF& CC, New Delhi during Technical Presentation.9. Preparation of Draft EIA/EMP Report.10. Preparation of 20 Copies (English) of Executive Summary for conducting the Public Hearing and Preparation of 20 copies of draft EIA report (English) based on ToR given by MoEF & CC.11. Providing Technical Assistance in Public Hearing.12. Reply of EDS raised by Moef & CC, New Delhi,13. Final Technical presentation and approval from MoEF & CC, New Delhi \"Expert Appraisal Committee\".14. Reply of ADS raised by MoEF & CC, New Delhi, if any15. To objection suggestion and responses of concerned person/public in Public Hearing to be covered in EIA Report and preparation of Final EIA report and same will be submitted in MOEF & CC, New Delhi for\" Expert Appraisal Committee\". This document includes Final EIA Report, outcome of Public Including Public Hearing Proceedings.
