Tender For Interior Work Of Sbi Rambha Branch, Dist :Ganjam FULL HEIGHT Partition ( Solid/Semi Glazed): Providing & fixing in position 70mm thick +/- 2mm full height solid/opaque wooden partitions finished with laminate on both sides comprising as under:- (i) Framing- Made out of 50mm x 50mm, 1.2 mm thick hollow aluminium square sections at spacing not exceeding 600 mm (may slighly vary as per unavoidable site conditions) bothways (horizantal and vertical) fixed rigidly on floor, wall / column & ceiling. Item to include 8mm thick glasses per design and fitted with 31/4 thick beach/teak wood beading and 2x2T.W.member for door sides and frosted film of 3-M/ LG make of approved design pattern, shade and colour to glass panels including cleaning glass panels etc as advised by EIC complete (ii) Plywood skin:- Providing & fixing 9 mm thick MR plywood IS 303 on both sides of the framework. (iii) Finishing:- Providing 1.00 mm thick, appproved quality and shade laminate, on both sides of partitions in approved design & pattern including making grooves as per Architectural drawing or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge using approve qulaity adhessive complete. (iv) Making suitable cutouts/ openings/ channels for Doors, electrical conduits, cables & switch boards, AC ducts etc including providing necessary wooden supports wherever required and directed at site. (v) Providing and making suitable door frame with rebate for door shutters using approved quality seasoned full length Teak Wood having finished sectional size 75mm x 20mm to the door perimeter complete as per detailed Architectural drawing and as direced at site. (vi) Applying 2 or more coats of approved matching shade and finish, melamine polish to all exposed edges of partitions including those in door opoenings, cutouts etc. complete. (vii) The rate shall include cost of required hardware,necessary transportation, execution of work at all heights and locations including all lead, lift, wastage, statutory liabilities etc. complete. (Note: Incase of false ceiling, the vertical members to be fixed with pucca ceiling butth area of partition payable will be below the false ceiling only). Make:Aluminum extruded sections: Jindal, Hindalco or equivalent approved by the Bank. Pywood (MR Ply): Century / Green / Archid/ Sylvm/Austin, Laminate: Sunmica/ Century/ Green/ Merino/ NewMika/Levin/Aica; Hardware Godrej/Ebco/ Hettich/Dorset as approved Adhesives: Fevicol/Vemicol/Jivonjho
