Tender for Dlt Work At Narole Ward No 2 (Near Parvez Khan), Block Dharamsal, Constituency Mendhar, District Poonch- 1 DRSM works 2 DRSM works: Erection of DRSM Check dams as anti soil erosion measure incl all operations as per Forest Schedule (The rate includes the earth work for foundation, the cost of collection, carriage of stones to the work site, fashioning of stones to be used along the exposed faces in the construction of DRSM) However 15% void shall be deducted after measurement 3 CRATE works 4 Earth work in excavation by manwal means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m ibncluding getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by Site incharge 5 Hand packing stones in wire crates : excluding cost of crates and stones 6 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc on layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m 7 Supply of stone at site complete job 8 Providing and fixing of wire crates in position made of B.A wire of mesh size 100mmx100mm incl. all lifts and carriage complete job (size 20x4x4 ft) /(including carrigage upto site) 9 Collection of stone from surrounding to sideHL 500m average 10 POND Work ( 01 No) 11 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brushwood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared 12 Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 mt in depth, 1.5 mt in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in All kinds of Soil 13 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)Crushed 14 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)Crushed 15 Centring and shuttering including struttingpropping etc and removal of form work for.-Foundations, footings, bases of columns for mass concrete 16 Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 Coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand) 17 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 50 mm mthich with 20 mm nominal size aggregate 18 Providing and Layingdamp proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete 19 Carriage of different Materials from source to site of work: Sand average3 KMs Mechanical Transport and 500 Mt Head Load 20 Carriage of different Materials from source to site of work: Bajri average3 KMs Mechanical Transport and 500 Mt Head Load 21 Carriage of different Materials from source to site of work: Stone average500 Mt Head Load
