Tender For Beautification Work Of The Park In Front Of The Dargah In Hariparvat Zone Room No. 12 Motiya Baghi. - Banking excavated earth by mechanical / manual means in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with % tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., lead upto 50 m and for all lift : All kinds of soil 2 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 3 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 4 Cement plaster in coarse sand : 12mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) 5 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 6 Mild Steel and Iron work of small size and section such as holding down woods, hold fasts tierods, grating etc. (When not included in and over all rates) brought to required form including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required for proper completion of work including fabrication of grill/stairs case railing. 7 Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufactured and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr./10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work for two coat. 8 Supply and fixing of Precast Reinforced R.C.C. benches (PFRC) ornamental benches with etc. all complete. 9 Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift. 10 Painting two coat other primer on steel with sianth paint including etc all complete. 11 Supply & fixing 1.5 HP submersible pump of I.S.I marked all complete. 12 Supply and fixing of black granite stone board and approved standard matter with brick work, plaster & paint etc. all complete. 13 Sub Total (A) 14 Add / Deduction For Estimate Figure Amount Match 15 Grand Total
