Tender For Main Gate, Painting And Remaining Construction Work For The First Floor Of Bhim Vatika Located At Hariparvat Zone Room No. 07 Bhim Nagar Nagla Ber. - Finishing walls putty approved brand and manufacture and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give and even shade over and including curing and cost of all materials. 2 Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufactured and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr./10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work for two coat. 3 Providing & fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) raiding made of hollow tubes channels plates etc. including welding grinding, buffering polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolt complete, i/cfixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners stainless steel bolts etc, of required size on the top of the floor or the side of slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer in-charge, (of pavement purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 4 Providing and laying 20 mm kota stone flooring over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid over jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete. 5 Supply & fixing of flush doors, commercial quality conforming of I.S. 2202 part 1 (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats & stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs, fitting with necessary screw to be supplied departmentally. 6 Mild Steel and Iron work of small size and section such as holding down woods, hold fasts tierods, grating etc. (When not included in and over all rates) brought to required form including supply of steel and its wastage including cost of bolts, nuts if required for proper completion of work including fabrication of grill/stairs case railing. 7 Painting two coat other primer on steel with sianth paint including etc all complete. 8 Supply/Fixing 6mm (1/4”) thick china white glazed tiles in flooring or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement jointed and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labor for proper completion of the work. 9 Supply and fixing of electrofication all complete. 10 Sub Total (A) 11 Add / Deduction For Estimate Figure Amount Match 12 Grand Total
