    Supply Of Ibr Ss Tubes , Ibr Ss Tubes (So: 7936) , Tube Od 6.35 X 1.60 - Sa213tp316h Pipe Length Of Each Piece Shall Be Of 6 Mtrs. Creep Test & Shot Peening Is Not Applicable. Material Shall Be Supplied As Per I) Tdc : Tdc0102, Rev_18. Ii) Qap : Qa-0:102-18 Rev:00. 1. All Materials Shall Be Certified By Proper Material Test Certificates. All Material Test Certificates Shall Carry Proper Heat Number Or Other Acceptable References To Enable Identification Of The Certificate That Certifies The Material. 2. Ultrasonic Test : All Pipes & Tubes Shall Be Subjected To 100% Ultrasonic Examination As Per Astm E213. For Thickness>=3.6Mm To Be Conducted As Per Astm E213. Calibration: 2 Axial 50Mm Long Notches, One In Outer Surface And The Other In Inside Surface. For Od<30 Mm, One Notch In Outer Surface Only. Notch Depth: 5% Of Wall Thickness (Min 0.3Mm, Max:1.5Mm). Scanning: Clockwise & Anti Clockwise.
