Tender For Repair Work On The Link Road From Alai Kamai Marg To Kotwa Via Majhav. Length 0.80 Km. - Earth in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be done in form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work in embankment to be in 20 cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slopes and also including 1.5 M. lift and 30 m lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30 m distance as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Sl. No. 253 ) 2 Providing , laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-0100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming , crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3as per Technical Specification Clause 405 3 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means . 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on theprepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503 5 Providing, laying and rollingof open graded mix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration gradebitumen or imulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on apreviously prepared base , including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of typeCas per Technical specification clause 508 6 Providing, and laying sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall usingtypeCas per Technical specification clause 510 7 Brick edging on both sides of the road with M-150 bricks 8 cm wide and 11.5 cm deep laid with mud mortar including cost of bricks all labour finished to be required template and in proper alignment T&P and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (SINo. 765) 8 Supply & laying of 350 mm dia N.P.-3 R.C.C.Hume pipes with required collors including loading, unloading,cartage upto site.Including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.as per direction of E/I.Jointing of pipes shall be with 1:2 cement and course sand mortor. 9 Providing and fixing of Mild steel sign board as per drawing design including writing of details as specified by Engineer in charge. including supply of all materials, labour T&P, cartage upto site complete in all respect required for proper completion of the work and as per direction of E/I. 10 Maintenance of Second Year (@ 1.00% ) 11 Maintenance of Third Year (@ 1.50% ) 12 Maintenance of Fourth Year (@ 2.00% ) 13 Maintenance of Fifth Year (@ 3.00% )
