    Tender For Repairing And Retubing Of H2 Gas Cooler Seal Oil Cooler Of Generator 5X200 Mw Btps Obra - The following works shall be carried out on Repairing and Retubing of H2 Gas Cooler, Seal Oil Cooler of Generator, 5x200 MW, BTPS, Obra. 2 Complete repairing and retubing of 200 MW BHEL-made Turbo Generator Hydrogen Gas cooler. The work will include the replacement of 100% tubes of the existing cooler by a new tube of Cu-Ni (90:10grade) as per the existing cooler and water box & new springs, and new end plates (Mild Steel). If the tube length in the old cooler is found to be less than mentioned below, then the size of the water box will be reduced accordingly, and the length of the tube shall be enhanced also if no of tubes in existing cooler is less than below mentioned then number of tubes shall be increased to below mentioned quantity by repairing or fabricating the retaining plates. The reconditioned cooler will be subjected to all tests that are conducted on the newly manufactured cooler of BHEL specification. Painting work of the cooler, both inside and outside, including the water box, to be done after final completion of the said workTotal No. of tubes in the cooler = 80 Nos.Total size of Length = 6070mm Thickness = 1.0mm OD= 19mm ID=17mm 3 Complete retubing and repairing of 200 MW BHEL make Turbo Generator seal oil cooler. The work will include the replacement of 100% tubes of the existing cooler by a new tube of Cu-Ni (90:10grade) as per the existing cooler & repairing of its retaining plates. The reconditioned cooler will be subjected to all tests that are conducted on the newly manufactured cooler of BHEL specification.
