The exposed surfaces will be finished with a 1mm thick laminate of approved make and matching shade. The inner portions of the counter, including drawers and cupboards, will be coated with two layers of enamel paint over a primer. The front edges of the counter will be detailed with 50mm diameter semi-circular beading made of Beach wood, finished with a polyurethane coating, while the rear edges will have 20mm x 6mm Beach wood beading, also treated with polyurethane. The quoted cost includes all materials, labor charges, necessary hardware, and completion of the work. Note that measurements will be taken only for the front portion of the counter. a. Low height running counters (2-6 height) Sft 80.00 2 Re-lamination of existing double skin solid partition with door For Branch back side: Re-lamination of existing wooden solid partitions and flush shutters by fixing 6.0 mm thick BWR plywood IS 303 over the surface, followed by application of 1.0 mm thick approved shade laminate on both sides. All exposed edges of the door shutter shall be finished with 38-40 mm x 6.0 mm teakwood beading, polished to match the laminate shade. The work includes the cost of all materials, necessary hardware, adhesive gum, labor charges, and polishing, complete in all respects. Existing door closures, stoppers, mortise locks, hinges, and other fittings shall be carefully removed and reused. Measurement for payment shall be taken on one side only.Note that measurements will be taken only for the front portion of the counter. Sft 75.00 3 Re-lamination of low height wooden cum glass Partition between work stations &Single window counter: Re-lamination of 1.0 mm thick approved shade of laminates over the existing wooden solid partition on both sides with fixing of 6.0mm thick BWR ply IS 303 over the surface of the partition and flush shutter and 38-40mmx6.0 mm teakwood beading on the exposed edges of the door, duly polished to match the shades of laminate. Save the existing glass panels and its side should be finished from same laminate and teakwood beading with polish, including cost of all materials, necessary harwares, adhesive gum, labour charges etc., complete. Sft 360.00 4 Re-lamination of the existing wall panelling: Re-lamination of existing wooden wall paneling with a 1.0 mm thick approved shade laminate, applied over a 6.0 mm thick BWR plywood IS 303 fixed securely onto the existing surface. The exposed edges shall be finished with teakwood beading measuring 38-40 mm in width and 6.0 mm in thickness. The scope includes the supply and installation of all required materials such as plywood, laminate sheets, teakwood beading, adhesive gum, and necessary hardware, along with all labor charges and related workmanship, ensuring a neat and durable finish, complete in all respects. Sft 210.00 5 Re-lamination of the existing Storage unit: Re-lamination of the existing storage unit shall be carried out by fixing 6.0 mm thick BWR plywood IS 303 over the surface, followed by the application of 1.0 mm thick approved shade laminate on top. All exposed edges will be finished with 20-25 mm x 6.0 mm teakwood beading for a neat appearance. The inner portions of counters, drawers, and cupboards will be treated with one coat of primer and finished with two coats of enamel paint. The work includes the cost of all materials, necessary hardware, adhesive gum, labor charges, and all other associated expenses required to complete the job. Note: Measurement for the work will be taken only on the front face of the unit. Sft 140.00 6 Gypsum ceiling Repair: The existing gypsum ceiling shall be carefully cut and removed to facilitate the extension of the wooden partition framework up to the false ceiling level. Upon completion of the partition erection, the ceiling will be repaired by installing new gypsum boards fixed to a suitable GI frame, with all joints finished using joint filler tape to ensure a smooth surface. Necessary openings and cutouts shall be made in the gypsum panels and grid system to accommodate light fittings, as well as for transportation, erection, loading, unloading, and any other incidental requirements. All work shall include any additional materials, labor, and expenses required to complete the task in accordance with the specified standards and scope. Note: The Painting Charges will be given separately. Sft 160.00 7 Grid ceiling Repair: Removing the existing grid false ceiling for Manager cabin full height partition work then refixing the same after finishing of partition work with providing new T section and replacing of tiles if necessary. Making necessary openings for electrical light fittings, fire alarm detectors and any other fixtures. No extra payment shall be made for making openings in the panels/grid for the purpose of light fittings. Item rate shall include all the taxes, transportation, erection, loading & unloading and any other incidental expenditure that may be required to be spent in completing the work in totality as per above specifications. Sft 80.00 8 Replacing of damage Grid false ceiling tiles: The scope of work involves carefully removing the damaged tiles from the existing frame, followed by minor repairs and realignment of the frame to ensure a stable and even surface for the new tiles. This includes disposal of the old tiles and cleaning of the area. New tiles matching the existing ones will be supplied along with necessary materials such as adhesives, grout, and spacers. The installation will be done with precise alignment to maintain the continuity of the tile pattern, including grouting and finishing. The cost covers all materials, skilled labor for removal, repair, installation, transportation of materials and debris, and disposal. Additionally, a contingency allowance for wastage and any Nos 20.00 unforeseen minor repairs is included to ensure a complete and professional replacement. 9 Replacing of Hardwares: This item includes the removal and replacement of running counters and table storage unit accessories. The scope covers the full cost of materials, labor, transportation, necessary hardware, and all other incidental expenses required to complete the work. Replacement of accessories will be carried out only if the specific items listed below are deemed necessary for replacement. Gypsum false ceiling painting: Cleaning and preparing the existing gypsum false ceiling surface by thoroughly removing all dust and dirt. Any torn or damaged areas will be repaired and leveled using Plaster of Paris (POP) powder, followed by sanding to achieve a smooth finish. A coat of primer will then be applied, followed by two coats of plastic emulsion paint to ensure a uniform and durable surface. The work includes the supply of all materials, labor charges, scaffolding, transportation, and all other necessary activities to complete the job to a high standard. Sft 980.00 b Plastic Emulsion Paint: Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces after thoroughly removing existing coatings such as colour wash, distemper (oil-bound or otherwise), plastic paint, luster paint, etc., by scraping, washing, and scrubbing. The surface shall then be treated with Birla putty or equivalent, applied in a minimum of two coats to ensure a smooth finish. Following preparation, two coats of finishing plastic emulsion paint shall be applied evenly.
