| 5 | M&L for applying bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.50%binder of paving Bitumen VG-30grade, content by weight of total mix including cement filler, on surfaces,rolled compacted with using 8 to 10 tonne capacity power road roller to achieve the required compactness, camber and gradient mixed in hot mix plant using design mix and laid by mechnaical paver finisher complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:-(i) The actual binder content used shall be as per optimised content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of what ever indicated in Sch \"A\".(ii) Price adjustment shall be done on MINUS side only @ Rs. 55,000/- per MT(without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated in Sch \"A\".(iii) No Price adjustment for Bitumen shall be done for variation on plus side.(iv) Please note that SDAC to be laid immediately after laying of BM. In case the SDAC could not be laid within 48 hours of laying of BM, primer coat @ 3Kg / 10Sqm to applied over freshly prepared bituminous surface and nothing extra shall be paid by the Govt. on this account. No claim what so ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account. |
| 6 | M&L for preparation of existing bituminous surfaces, removing, dust, dirt grease and other foregion materials etc and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line, zebra crossing , stop lines etc.road marking of 150/100 mm width using HOT MARK thermoplastic paint (Hot application) white or yellow by indigenous morden propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder,glass beads,titanium dioxide,calcium carbonate,inter fillers etc,thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be conforming to BS-6086 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads @ 300Grm/Sqm etc complete all as specified and directed. |
