| 1 | Taking down carefully (dismantling) ceiling fan of any sweep and size and dismantling blades, opening up for inspection, making joint list of defects and worn out parts to be replaced, jointly by Engineer-in-Charge and contractor, transporting to work shop if required for repairs, re-assembling after repairs including replacement of spare parts and transportation back to store yard for inspection including hanging, fixing and connecting up and testing etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. Spare parts shallbe measured and paid separately as \"Supply only\".2. Ceiling fans under repair shall be issued through gate pass.3. The contractor must be able to repair minimum 100 fans within a week and deposit the same duly painted complete satisfaction of Engr-In- Charge. Failure to this will impose a penalty of Rs/-100 per fan per day to the contractor.4. After intimation given to the contractor, if the contractor fails to collect the fan for repair within 48 hrs, a penalty of Rs/- 500 per day will be applicable to contractor . 5. The contrator must employ dedicatd manpower for repair ofceiling fan and attending complaints wrt same. 6.Minor spare parts such as PVC wire upto 1 m length, grease, tape etc. shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.7.The quoted rate are deemed to be included for all above provisions. |
