Misc Certain B/R Repair Of Security Fencing, Steel Gate, Hardstanding And Path Etc In Area Of Age B/R-Ii Under Ge Saugor; 1 Material and labour for galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire with 2.24mm dia barbs at 75mm (approx) spacing & straining & fixing to any type of post straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provisions of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc & shown on drawing (Each row of wire to be measured for the purpose of payment, no separate payment shall made for mild steel tying wire staple/pin) etc, including dismantling of existing barbed wire complete all as specified and directed. 2 Restraining, resecuring & refixing the old barbed wire including making good stable etc complete all as specified and directed. 3 Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete, including demolition of existing cement concrete and removel of demolished material to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 4 Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete, sub-floors, floors etc, including demolition of existing cement concrete and removel of demolished material to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 5 Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including takingout embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary, etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.Note: post hole excavation shall not bemeasured seperatly and making good old post hole and use the same. 6 Dismantling of old chain link fencing of any type and round bar etc complete all as specified and directed. 7 Dismantling of old barbed wire of any thickness and size etc complete all as specified and directed. 8 Material and labour for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 9 Material and labour for MS Flats for supports or stays for chain link fencing and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fixing chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.Note: Weight of chain link fencing will be ascertain by BOO. 11 Material and labour for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nuts, exc 5cm and n.exc 10cm complete all as specified and directed. 12 Material and labour for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as in strengthening bars for bending cranking spirallt for hooking for chain link, hooking end and welding with flats of chain link fencingFE-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. 13 Material and labour for cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (20mm graded agrregate) in lintels, cills, stes, seimic and other similar bands, plinth course, string course, lacing cours, arapets and railingsupto 60cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water througs and the like including wheathering slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating etc, including demolition of existing cement concrete and removel of demolished material to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 14 Material and labour for painting steel surfaces exc 10 cm in width or girth with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 15 Material and labour for Preparation of newly steel and iron surfaces of any description n.exc 10cm in width or girth when connected with other painting, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. 16 Material and labour for framed work (ornamental) as in steel gate of angle or other section with gusset plate ,rails braces etc completedrilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hook and hinges and also fastening and fixing complete. of Fe -290(Gde E-165) etc, including dismantling of existing steel work complete all as specified and directed.Note :-1 . The weight of manufactured steel gate shall be measured beforefixed in position by BOO . 2. Necessary arrangement for weighting the steel gate shall be made by the contractor at his own expense . The contractor shall quote the unit rate accordingly.3. Steel gate shall be manufactured as perdrawing as approved by the Engineer -in - charge . 17 Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade chemically treatedwith aproved colour, design & pattern as in foothpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strenght, thickness & size / shape, , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30 to 50mm thick uniformly levelled surface ofstone dust cushioning, , filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra cement complete, including dismantling of existing tiling/stone slab/paver blockwith cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and removing rubbish to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 18 Material and labour for brick work with sub class Bold size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete, including demolition of existing brick/stone masonry, built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removing of rubbish to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 19 Material and labour for coloured designer tiles exterior grade (ENDURA or Equivalent make as given in Appx C) 8mm to 9mm thick as in flooring laid over and including 15 mm thick cement mortor 1:6 set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment etc complete, including dismantling of existing floor tiling with cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 20 Taking down existing cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removel of rubbish outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 21 Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick / concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed. 22 Material and labour for providing precast cement concrete(1:2:4) louvres and jallies set in cement mortar 1:4, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings including frame etc complete, including dismantling of existing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies of any thickness including taking under of batterns in trellis and removal of rubbish to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 23 Material and labour for preparation of the newly plastered surfacesof wall , Jafri & applying3 coats of white wash on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 24 Material and labour for providing 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete including necessary formwork etc complete, including demolition of existing cement concrete and removel of demolished material to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed. 25 Supply and laying Glass Dividing strips 3mm thick in PCC Width of Strip 38 mm complete all as specified and directed.
