| 1 | Material and labour for carrying out \" B \" check Maintenance for Jackson /Cummins Make 125 KVA DG Set,Cummins/ Kirloskar (Engine),Stamford (Alternator).completei.e engine & generator ( Silenttype), all as per manufacturer instructions, includingcost of following ‘B’ check spares and minor spares required for carrying out the check like nut, bolts, washers,gaskets, screws, hose clamps,including replacement of LO filter, Fuel filter, By pass filter, cleaning of air filter using pressure air, separator for fuel water, inhibitor corrosion, O ring, and draining out old engine oil from oil chamber and removing deposited material including applying grease, CRC in moving parts and draining out water from radiator assembly and refill new after mixing with coolant including tightening all inlet and outlet connections and replacing minor items such as hose clamp, screws, washers etc complete all as specified and directed. | 2 | Taking down old/unserviceable field coil from the alternator assembly of DG Set of capacity 125KVA,including cutting, welding and rewinding the field coils with best quality new super enameled copper wires as per existing gauge of weight 35 kg (Appx), insulation material, varnishing, heating the same upto rated temperature, reassembling the field coil in the existing position, commissioning and testing complete all as required and directed by the Engr-in-charge |
| 3 | S&F inrepair of FIP & governor unit upto 125 KVA DG set complete with dismantling, replacement of damaged components as required for smooth functioning and assembling including testing complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 4 | S&F in repairs Turbocharger suitable upto 125 KVA cummins DG set after rectification of fault including replacement of all spares parts as required and complete all as directed. |
| 5 | Removing existing unserviceble battery and supplied and fixed lead acid battery maintenance free 12 volts 130 AH of make EXIDE Xpress/Tata/Amaron fully charged complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 6 | Dismantling self starter of DG set upto 125 KVA for repairing the starter, transporting to workshop, opening/disconnecting all internal connections, cleaning the same, taking out burnt armature, segrigation of serviceable parts for re-use, rewinding of armature with copper wire of existing size. Reassembling the same with replacement of following items and testing on completion for efficient functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge:-(a) Carbon brush 01 Set.(b) Beadex pinion 01 no.(c) Half clutch assy 01 No.(d) Field coil 01 No.(e) Slonoid switch 01 No.(f) Commutator 01 nos. |
| 7 | M&L for replacement of battery terminal leads of (35Sqmm) copper wire single core PVC insulated 1.5 metre long of colour coding red or black complete withbrass terminals fixed at site with petroleum jelly all as directed by engineer in charge. |
