Tender For Renovation Of Betumin Road On Rajamau Dy .Service Road (Left Bank) From Km. 29.500To Km 30.500 - Earth work in embankment with initial lead and lift including mechanical compaction and dressing to profile etc complete. 2 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size (45-63 mm S.S.B.)size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening,binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405. (7.5 cm. Compacted layer of WBM Gr.-II). 3 Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stonescreening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification clause 405. (7.5 cm. Compacted layer of WBM Gr.-III). 4 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mannual means . 5 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the preparedsurface cleaned with hydraulic broom . 6 Providing, laying and rolling of open graded Premix Surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade VG-10 to required line, grade level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing by H.M.P., laying and rolling with a smooth wheel roller 8-10 tonne capacity finished to required level and grades. 7 Providing, laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grades and cross falls using type C seal coat including cost of material, labour, plant, mechinery and T&P, all labour etc. complete as per PWD specification. 8 Brick edging 11 cm wide on both sides of the road by M-150 bricks complete as per PWD detailed specification no. 20.1
