Tender For Provision Of Bore Well And Allied Wks At Laitumkhrah Grn; 1 Material &Labour for carrying out Geo Physical Survey for ground water exploration by electrical resistivity technique at different location spread at suitable intervals to find out delineation of litholigical features of area thickness of layers and most favorable site for ground water strata based on geological parameters and disposition of sub surface formation aquifer up to depth of 200 mtrs and submitted a detail report in this regard 2 Transportation of Rig and Other Equipment’s, erection at site and dismantling after completion of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 3 Material &Labour for Trial Bore of pilot hole of 150mm dia at any kind of soil incl Hard Rock / boulder by direct rotary rig machine or Down The Hole Drilling and keeping soil samples at every 3.00 Mtr or wherever there is a change in strata upto the required depth till suitable water bearing strata is obtained (i) From Ground Level to 60 Mtr 4 (ii) From 60 Mtr to not exc 120 Mtr 5 (ii) From 120 Mtr to not exc 250 Mtr 6 Material &Labour for reaming the pilot hole to an enlarged hole upto 200mm dia by using direct rotary circulation rig or Down The Hole Drilling as required at site(i) From Ground Level to 60 Mtr 7 (ii) From 60 Mtr to not exc 120 Mtr 8 (ii) From 120 Mtr to not exc 250 Mtr 9 Supply assembling and lowering in position with centering guide in the bore hole liner assembly of MS Blank Pipe 200mm with wall thickness not less than 5mm all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 10 Supply & Fixing of MS Well Cap of 200mm Dia made out of steel plate etc in all complete 11 Supply & Fixing of MS Housing Clamp for pump 12 Washing and developing tube well by pumping with air compressor by vertical turbine pump until the water is sand and mud free with necessary arrangement for testing the yield with V Notch incl hire labour and fuel charges for all tolls and plants and scaffolding as required and testing of water bacteriologically and chemically etc all as directed by Eng-In-Charge 13 Supply, Installation testing and commissioning of submersible pump set Cap 10 – 15 HP, AC 3 Phase 415V, 50Hz for 200mm diaBorewell including lowering of pump set etc in all complete as per direction of Engr-In-Charge 14 Supply & Fixing of PVC insulated three core sheathed submersible flat cable 6 Sqmm for submersible pumps with copper conductor 1100 V Grade Conf to IS 694 / 1990 ISI marked. 15 Supply and Fixing of Column Pipe Heavy Duty 50mm Dia ISI Marked 16 Supply & Fixing of Non Return Valve of 50 mm (Heavy) 17 Supply and anchoring of steel supply wire of 10mm dia having PVC Sleeve above the rope and fastening and securing the Submersible Pump above the ground level all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 18 Supply & Fixing of automatic starter panel Star delta / DOL, 415V 3 Phase for 7.5/10/15 HP Motor with Ammeter, Voltmeter, MCBs, indicator lamps 19 Supply and fixing of CPVC Ball Valve 50mm dia with complete all accessories 20 Supply and lay 3 layer ( inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked,IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and PP-R plain fittings in trenches/walls/cellings or laying in floors complete of size outer dia 50 mm ,including fittings 21 Supply,only armoured XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, of size4 Core 35 sq mm 22 Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in Open/, Wall/ ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench upto 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and Directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note: As per site condition laying of cable open/wall/trench 23 Supply & fix Bus bar Panel, Size:0.8x0.4x0.4 Mtr,Kisokoutdoor type, CPRI type tested, LT 440 Volts, 50 Hz , 3 Phase4 wire supply , floor mounted factory fabricated weather and vermin proof protection class IP 54 made out of 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet CRCA on angle iron 30X30X4mm frame of size suitable to incorporate following accessories with both side opening doors,locking arrangementpowder coated internally and externally, shall have channel base of appropriate size and mounted on PCC foundation of size as required or approved by manufacturers in PCC 1:3:6 typeC-2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as recommended by manufacturer or directed by the Engr -in - charge including earth work complete comprising of Bus bar chamber comprising 4 Nos Aluminium strip bus bars PVC insulated made of aluminium strip of size suitable for 200A current & 4 ways. PVC sheathed with colour coding with 100Amps 4 Pole MCCB complete all as specified and Directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make: CPRI approved panel. 24 Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 25 Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
