Tender For Fixing Of New Turbo Ventilator And Painting Work At General Store Building In Fact(Cd), Ambalamedu, Kochi. => Limited; 1 Fixing of New Turbo Ventilator and Painting work at General Store Building in FACT(CD),Ambalamedu,Kochi. 2 Dismantling AC / GI / Tufflite / Aluminium/ Zincalum sheet roofing, side cladding etc and depositing the debris away from plant limit within a distance of 150 m. 3 Supply andfixing Stainless steel Multi vent roof ventilator (Turbo ventilator) of minimum 600 mm Neck/throat dia.or nearest avilable size , designed to a capacity of 1850 CFM including polycarbonate base suitable to existing roofing system with all required accessories. Multi vent roof ventilators & base to be got approved from Engineer-in-charge before installation. Rate including cutting/ making holes in the existing roofing sheets/Tools/ tackies/ scaffolding /machinery /manpower/ safety features etc complete in all respect. 4 Providing non-asbestos high impact Polypropylene reinforced cement 5.50 mm minimum thick , corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) of suitable colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge, roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete.(excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses ) including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. 5 Providing Polycarbonated corrugated sheets,1.20 mm or nearest thickness of suitable colour as approved by Engineer-in-charge, fixing with 8 mm diaor nearest size GI bolts & nuts ofsuitablesize to suitatsite withG.I. plain,bitumen washers and necessary corroshield stitch bolts,scaffoldingetc. complete as per departmental Instructions. 6 Applying water thinnable cement primer one coat for exterior and interior walls ofapproved brand andquality at all heights including cost of all cost of materials, labour and scaffolding etc. 7 Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint interior of approved quality and colour specified over the priming coat already done and paid separately after cleaning the surface well. 8 Providing labour assistance for emergency works which are not covered in the Schedule of work-Man Mazdoor
