Tender For Maintenance Of Sur Bathing Ghat Downstream Of Yamuna River At Wazirabad.Sh:- Excavation And Disposal Of Silt From Bathing And Deck Area Of Sur Ghat Yamuna River, Wazirabad.; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means overareas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, i/c getting out excavted earth, spreading, levelling, as directed by Engineer-incharge.All kinds of soil 2 Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built upsections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as perdirection of Engineer-in-charge. 3 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollowtubes, channels, plates efc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 4 Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over andjointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1: 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :25 mm thick 5 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush.Red sand stone 6 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantledor waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting,unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved byEngineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including alllifts involved. 7 Correction factor for GST @0.973 8 Note: The measurements for item (1) will be on basis at the level sheet by Auto-level/Total Station. No extra payment will be made for Auto Level/Total Station.The project site is situated in a well-developed area, excavation work will preferably be carried out manually or with the use of lightweight machinery. However, should any damage occur to the existing stone flooring during excavation, the responsibility for repair lies with the contractor, and the department will not be liable for such repairs.
