    Tender For Supply Of Furniture And Fixture On Hired Basis For Phase-I Placement 2025-26 Supply and arrangements of the furniture and fixture on hired basis to the Career Development Centre (at Nalanda Complex, IIT Kharagpur) at the designated venue within the premises of the Nalanda Complex, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 30th November 2025 to 12th December 2025 on turnkey basis. The actual arrangement of furniture and fixtures comprises of the followings items –  Executive (VIP) Chair with handle and cover  Plastic Moulded Chair without cover  Plastic Moulded Chair with cover  Plastic Moulded Table with cover  Bedding (Pillow with cover, Blanket, Bed sheet)  Big Plastic Dustbin with Cover (80 litres)  Steel framed Sofa Set (3 seater) * Please find the enclosed details of the actual requirement of furniture and fixture in Annexure- VI & VII * The number of furniture and fixture may increase or decrease by 10% – 15 % depending on the visiting executives which will be communicated to the successful bidder in due course of time.
