Tender For Development Of Eco Park (Package-1) At Ooty In Nilgiris District, Tamilnadu.; 1 Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation ind inequalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m All kinds of soiletc., complete complying with standard specification. 2 Providing cast in situ auger pile by manual/mechanical means up to a depth of 3M of300mm dia . The quoted rate shall inclusive of boring in all kinds of soil, carting away of bored soil from site and filling the bore hole with M25 concrete up to NGL/EGL, fabricating reinforcement and placing the cage in the bore with cover block etc., complete complying with standard specification. 3 Providing cast in situ auger pile by manual/mechanical means up to a depth of 10M of300mm dia . soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by thedepartmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification. 6 Refillingwithexcavated earthother thansandwithan initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed with surface vibrator, watered and consolidatedetc., complete complying with standard specification 7 Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification 8 Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundationincluding dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification 9 Damp proof course as per IS 3067:1988 with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Four crushed stone sand) 12mm thick mixedwith Manual Mixingandbest approved quality Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to Indian Standard specification as specified by the departmental officers at 2% by weight of cement used , finishing and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification 10 Supplying and filling of well gravel by lorry in basement filling including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges filling laying watering and consolidation etc., complete as directed by the Dept., Officers with standard specification. 11 Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance using 20mm with IS:456-2000, and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kglm³ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (33 cum) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. etc., complete complying with standard specification. 12 Foundation and Basement 13 In Ground Floor 14 Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oakjoists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all in Cement Mortar 1:5 ( one part of cement and five parts of sand)Foundation and Basement, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 21 Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality Fly ash Brick of size230x110x75mm withclass designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 22 In between column upto Plinth level 23 In Ground Floor 24 Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness usingbest quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm withclass designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 25 Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification. 26 Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standardspecification. 27 Supplying and fixing compound grill with M.S or RTSSquare rod as shown in the sketch made out of 25mm Square rod for vertical and horizontal support charges including for fabrication, one coat of red oxide over M.S grill and transporation etc complete as per standared specification 28 Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. 29 Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Assistant Executive Engineer before use on works.) 30 Providing and fixing Steel work in built up tubular (round, square orrectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steelprimer and Painting using Enamel metal paint, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc.complete. Hot finished welded type tubes including cost of materials,labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications andas per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge etc., Complete complying with standard specification. 31 Supply and Laying of WPC Deck flooring Including Necassry Joists,PVC Clips etc Including Transportation,Loading,Unloading as per Direction of Architect and Engineer Inchargeetc., Complete complying with standard specification. 32 Stainless Steel (Salem Stainless Steel) Door Frame (Box Section using Stainless Steel Plate of 1.6mm thick) of size 100mm x 60mm with a rebate of 30 / 35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame including supplying and fixing dovetail splayed end stainless steel hold fast etc., Complete complying with standard specification. 33 Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of following type with thickness with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999)including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 6 Nos of SS 304 Grade Butt Hinges of size (125mm x 30mm) , 3 Nos. 300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1 No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 3 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Double leaf Door. 34 UPVC WindowSupplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle.The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned.Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss.The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window.The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Assistant Executive Engineer before use on worketc., Complete complying with standard specification. 35 Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used , hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers 36 Paving the floor with best quality vitrifiedTiles of size 1200 x 600 and variety conformingIS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08%of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Assistant Executive Engineer before use on works) 37 Paving the floor with best approved quality flamed finish Granite Stone Slabs, Synthetic Grey, Paradise andsimilar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stonesand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with matching colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers 38 Labour charges for providing double nosing on granite edges with grinding machine including polishing etc., Complete complying with standard specification. 39 Painting the walls with two coats of wall putty as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications. (The wall putty shall be got approved by the Assistant Executive Engineer before use of work). 40 Painting New Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats ofready mixed (Emulsion) of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Assistant Executive Engineer before use on works.) 41 Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with Textured of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification. 42 Painting new wood work with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel ready mixed paint of approved quality and colour over one coat priming coat in all floors including the cost of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Assistant Executive Engineer before use on works.) 43 Supply and fixing stainless steel letter of 60 cm (24)in english including cost and conveyance as directed by the departmental officers. 44 Supply and fixing stainless steel letter of 60 cm (24) in Tamil including cost and conveyance as directed by the departmental officers. 45 Providing and fixing of Brick cladding tiles of size 215x60x12mm thick on 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) & jointed with Adhesive over rough plaster surface excluding cost of rough plastered surface. The work includes cost of all materials, labour charges for all items of work, usage charges for equipment, etc., complete as per specification. 46 Weathering course in brick jelly lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no crushed stone sand to be used) to the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required slope and finished by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water, etc., complete as per standard specification. 47 Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of following size of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stoneSand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification. 48 Providing and fixing of Aluminium composite panel of approved make and colour for wall cladding for curved Brick/Rcc/8tone walls & columns/beams with necessary aluminium frame works at required level made out of 50x25x4mm C section or equivalent The panel should consist of 3mm thick non-halogonated FR grade mineral based polymer core (2 hrs fire resistance as per A8TM E119-12 & clause B, 81, do as per, 88476 EN 13501) sandwiched between 0.50mm skin thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surfaces will be finished with PVDF based coating on topsides and service coating on reverse sides would be in polyester paint The system shall be fixed using Gl brackets, aluminium L cleats and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washer and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories, sealing shall be done using weather sealant necessary rods etc., complete. Supplying with standard specification. 49 Supplying and fixing in position plain cement concrete precast kerb slab of size 600mm x 600mm x 100mm in Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One cement, Two sand and Four jelly) using 20mm HBG stone jelly including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing, fixing and pointing the slab with CM 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) to full depth of slab etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed 50 Construction of granular sub- base by Providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25 51 Supply and laying in position of dressed stone slab of 50mm thick Flammed of 450mmx 450mm over a sand bed of 100mm thick and Pointing the joints to full depth with Cement mortar 1:3 as directly byDepartmental officers etc., complete compling with standard specifications. 52 ProvidingandfixingG.I.chainlinkfabricfencingof required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengtheningwith2mmdiawireornuts,boltsand washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Complete complying with standard specification. 53 Providing and laying (Wood Polymer Composite) cladding shall be of approved make and quality, made from a mix of wood fiber, HDPE, and additives, with a thickness of 20–30 mm and proper interlocking or groove profiles. It should be resistant to UV rays, water, termites, and fire, and should not warp or crack. Cladding must be fixed using concealed clips and stainless steel screws, with spacing not more than 400 mm, and necessary expansion gaps must be provided as per manufacturer’s guidelines. The finish should be neat and uniform.
