    Tender for Supply Of Miscellaneous Articles In Connection With Gangasagar Mela-2026 Under Kakdwip Sub-Division Of Alipore Division, Phe Dte.-Wooden Platform (for Temple) 6.096 m x 5.5 m x 0.6096 m with necessary staging arrangement on hire basis on for 10 days. 2 MiscellaneousArticles : 3 a) Supply of long whole bamboo 50 mm to 75 mm for volunteers and policemen for a length of 6.10 mtr. (The materials to be supplied to the police camp on Mela ground ) 4 b) Making and supply of 150 mm thick hessain metress 1.98 mtr x 0.90 mtr with hessain and 150 mm straw complete. 5 c) Supply of 1.50 mx 0.60 mx 0.45 mheight approved local wooden top bench with strong Sal wood frame on hire basis for 10 days. 6 d) Misc charge for supplying steel folding chair on hire basis for 10 days. 7 e) Supply of 1.20mtr x 0.90 x 0.60 approved local wooden table with strong wooden frame on hire basis for 10 days. 8 f) Hire charges for cotton bed (complete set with pillow, Bed Sheet, Blanket, Mosquito curtain) full set on hire basis for 10 days. 9 g) Supply of Khatias made with strong bamboo post(75 mm dia average) of size 1.82 m x 0.90 m x 0.60 mheight, closely woven with coir string 10 h) Supply and delivery of dry wooden fuels for burning dead bodies at Mela Ground (surplus wooden fuel to be handed over to PHE Dte. 11 Supply of Bucket on hire basis (15 ltr. Capacity) 12 Supply of Mug on hire basis (1 ltr. Capacity) 13 Add @ 18% GST on all item Rs. 525927.00 14 Add @ 1% labour welfare cess on Rs. 620593.86
