Tender For Renovation And Conservation Of Bawadis In Amber, Jaipur Surrounding Area. - Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In lime mortar. (14.27) 3 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system on the exterior side, upto five story made with 4 wodden member 1.5 m c/c horizontal and vertical direction joining with rassi, clamps, challies. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runner, connection of building if necessary with all essential safty features for the workmen etc complete as per direction of EI.The lavation area of the scaffolding shall be mearured for payment. The paeyment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.Note : This item to be used for maintence work judically 4 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture togive an even shade : 5 (a) Two or more coats on new work. 6 (b) One or more coats on old work. 7 Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade as per approved colour complete as per manufacturers specificationsincluding primer coat and protecting coat including scaffolding and safety provision 8 Roller Finish 9 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator )/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 meter. All kinds of soils 10 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level. M10 grade Nominal Mix 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stoneaggregate 20mm nominal size). 11 Random Rubble stone masonry for with hard stone in foundation and plinth in Cement Sand mortar above 30 CM thick wall in: Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand).For repairing of damaged wall in Sagar Sarovar and Mahal Front side steps and walls . 12 Random Rubble stone masonry with hard stone in superstructure aboveplinth level and upto five levelabove 30cm. thick walls in : Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1-Cement : 4-Sand).For repairing of damaged wall in Sagar Sarovar and Mahal Front side steps and walls 13 Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete for all RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement.
