    Tender For Repairing Work At Cluster 12 - Roof And Boundary Wall Repair Works - PART-A (Building Work) Based on BSR PWD - 2022 2 Brick work with mechanised autoclaved flyash lime bricks conforming to IS: 12894 :2002 of class designation 100 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level in.Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 3 P/F reinforcement for RCC work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire)all complete upto floor five leveTMT bars (Conforming of relevent IS Code). 4 ExternalPlaster : Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including rackingofjointsetc. complete fine finish : 20mm Thick 5 Exterior finishing :- Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade including all scaffolding. New work (two or more coat applied @1.67/ ltr/10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm.) 6 Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meter lead. 7 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.1: 3: 6 or richer mix. 8 Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar. 9 Grading roof for water proofing treatment withwater proffing compoundCement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)
