    Tender For Supply Installation Testing Commissioning Of 2 Nos. Of 400 Tr Induced Draft Counter Flow Cooling Tower With Electrical Work In 30 Court 20 Chamber Building At Honble High Court, Allahabad - Supply,Installation, Testing and Commissioning of FRP typeinduceddraftcoolingtowerswith FRP sump and ladder complete with IE-03 TEFC squirrel cage high efficiency induction motor, suitable for outdoor installation withnecessary protection and uPVCfills as per thespecifications. The cooling tower shall be suitable for 400 TR water cooled condensing units with sound level less then 75 DB at 1.5 mts. The cooling tower fan shall be suitable for operation on 415±10% Volts, 50 Hz, 3 Phase AC power supply. Heat rejection should be minimum 11,80,000 Kcal/hr. Cooling Dimension of cooling tower shall not exceed -3600 x3600 x4300mm under single cell & single fan/motor 9.3kw per cooling tower ,Tower shall meet following duty conditionsbut shall not be restricted to these alone: 2 a.Maximum Wet Bulb Temperature: 28.3 C 3 b.Cooling Tower Entering Water Temperature:38 C 4 c.Cooling Tower Leaving Water Temperature:31 C 5 d.Water Flow Rate:750 USGPM 6 e.Maximum Fan Speed :As per Manufacturer best selection 7 f. Minimum Motor Efficiency:90% 8 Supply installation Testing and Commissioning of Induced Draught Cooling Towers as described above including Lifting Shifting, Pipe Modification, Foundation work.
