Tender For Renovation Work At Mineral Processing Lab.; 1 Removing door shutters and window shutters of any size and type with fittings (if available) and taking out the same outside IIT Campus etc. complete. (Recovery of wood scrap will be done @ Rs. 25 per kg, aluminium scrap will be done @ Rs. 120 per kg and structural steel will be done @ Rs. 20 per kg from Item of work agains actual weigth if material taken outside campus) 2 Dismantling burnt brick masonry (in cement mortar) with plaster including sorting out serviceable bricks and lowering down debrises, stacking the same and debris separately upto a distance of 50 meters as directed etc. complete.. Dismantling plain cement concrete work by mechanical or manual means 3 including breaking concrete by chiselling, wedging etc., and stacking the debris upto a distance of 50 metres as directed etc. complete. 4 Removing any type of roofing sheets and taking out the same outside IIT Campus etc. complete as directed. (Recovery of scrap will be done@ Rs. 5 per kg from Item of work against actual weigth if material taken outside campus) Removing the old cement concrete or any type of tiles/ door, window sill/platform stone slab from floor/wall carefully including levelling the surface, 5 cleaning the site, lowering down the debrises from any height by manual on mechanical means and stacking the debrises up to 50 mtr distance etc. complete. 6 7 Labour charges for modification of the existing window MS grills by means of cutting, fabricating, welding etc and refixing it in position/line/level/plumb including scaffolding, taking care of necessary safety precautions at site etc. complets as directed. Providing and fabricating structural steel works in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees, hollow sections and any other required sections etc. as per detailed designs & drawings for supports, rafters, purlins, railing, staircase and any other work including fixing in position with connecting plates, braces and welding, riveting, bolting as necessary including one coat of redoxide priming coat etc. complete as directed. 8 Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of IITB approved brand and shade to wood and steel work Scrapping, cleaning, covering the floor, windows, instruments during painting etc. complete..... more in document
