    Tender For “Procurement Of Metering & Regulating Skids For Compressed Biogas Off Take installation should be designed to pass the maximum designed gas flow rate at the lowest expected inlet pressure (Range: 30 to 40 barg) and the designed outlet pressure i.e. 19 to 35 barg.  Skid shall be designed to provide required flow rate at 26 bar outlet pressure, whereas the provision shall be there to adjust outlet pressure range in between 19 to 35 bar.  Maximum designed gas flow rate shall be as per Annexure 1. Suitable for the use with natural gas of specific gravity 0.6.  Gas velocities in pipe work must not exceed 20 meters / second up to the inlet of the filter and 40 meters / second downstream of filter, when the maximum flow rate occurs at the lowest expected inlet pressure (Limiting Gas velocity for filtered and unfiltered gas shall be 40 m/s and 20 m/s as per IGE/TD/13, Sub-section 7.1.2.). The allowable sound pressure values should not be exceeded, and materials selected should be suitable to prevent erosion at such high veloc
