    Name Of Works 1 To 2 maintenance of electronic installation , Fans, Compound Light And Repair Maintenance of Pump Sets, 100 Kva Capacity Dg Set , Ac Equipments Installed At Chief Electoral Officer Office, Kashmere Gate, Delhi. Comprehensive Maintenance Of Pa System- Comprehensive maintenance of PA System which includes amplifiers, mics, Speakers and its associated wiring along with other allied accessories etc installed at Chief Electrol officer office, Kashmere Gate including replacement of damaged and defective spare parts and minor repairs in case of any type of fault as per terms and conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer in charge etc as required. 2 Providing services for routine Maintenance & Operation of PA system consisting of allied equipment’s installed at Chief Electrol officer office, Kashmere Gate, Delhi and urdu academy(CPO Building, Kashmere Gate, Delhi by deploying 1 No PA system operator in general shift/single shift on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holiday forsmooth operation and routine checking to ensure proper functioning of above system & providing immediate assistance during breakdown situation including periodical servicing & repairing, as & when required & testing of the system prior to the conference. The PA system operator should be adequately trained & experienced for providing above mentioned services, as per Terms & Conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge etc. as required 3 Payment for extra charges of following staff for extra hour duty performed before/after normal duty hours etc as required. 4 Comprehensive maintenance of PA System which includes amplifiers, mics, Speakers and its associated wiring along with other allied accessories etc installed aturdu academy CPO Building including replacement of damaged and defective spare parts and minor repairs in case of any type of fault as per terms and conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer in charge etc as required.
