Tender For Development Of Village (Providing/Laying Cement Concrete Fixing Of Jaal And Repair Of Drain In Khajoor Colony In Sector-45) Noida - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exccding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavatedlead upto 50 mtr. & lift upto 1.5Mtr. dispose earth to be leveled & dressed. : All kinds of soil. The Contractor has to detect Different utilities like sewer line, water Supply line, electric cable, telephone cable, gas pipe line etc. using utility detecting machine before start of excavation and shall start excavation only after getting permission of Engineer-in-Charge 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stoneaggregate 40 mm nominal size) DSR 18/I.No. 4.1.8/P- 3 Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-25 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (The panel shuttering work shall be paid for separately). (Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately). 4 Providing and fixing plan non- asbestes cement sheet strip in joints pavement/ terrazo flooring 100 mm wide & 6 mm thickness(based on item no. 11.13.1/DAR-2018 VOL-1) 5 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand AOR 6.1.1 6 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) (DSR-18/I-13.4.1/P-222) 7 Neat cement punning. 8 P/L damp proof course 40mm thick with cc 1:2:4 - Coarse sand - stone aggregate 12.5 mm size 9 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. DSR-2018/I.no. 10.25.2 10 Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) 11 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all loads including all lifts involved.
