Construction of balance work of PS Upper Charan Pyt: Charan, Block : Rajouri ,Scheme- E/Edu E. Cost4.00 lacs during the financial year 2025-26- 1 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15°,landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto five level including curing but excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 2 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. 3 15mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand) 4 6 mm cement plaster to ceiling of mix 1 : 3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand 5 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 6 Providing and filling of available Earth incl all lead and lift upto complete job. 7 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 8 Providing and laying M5 mix upto complete job. 9 Providing form work for suspened floor etc. 10 ELECTRIFICATION WITH COMPLETE JOB AS DIRECTED BY THE SITE ENGINEER 11 Carriage of Sand & Agg. By an Avg lead of 25KM By MT and 1km by HL. 12 CIB
