Tender For Development of biodiversity park at Muqam Yahama by way of Gazeebo,benches and Lanscapae development- 1 Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil. 2 Providing & laying of dry solling H/P in foundation inclusive leads lifts loading unloading, Excluding head load cost and carraige of materials complete job. 3 P/L in position cement concrete of1:4:8 mix with 40mmStone Aggregate, inclusive leads lifts loading unloading, excluding head load cost and excluding carraige of materials complete job. 4 Providing and laying in position Cement Concrete of Specified Grade Excluding the cost of centering , Shuttering All work upto Plinth level 1:1.5:3 ( 1 Cement: 1.5 Coarse Sand: 3 Graded Stone Aggregate 20mm Nominal Size) Crushed including all leads, lifts and Excluding carriage of material all complete. 5 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundation, footings, basis of columns etc for mass concrete including all leads, lifts and carriage of material all complete. 6 Hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins /rafters/posts/ post-plates or like components including cost ofscrews etc. complete.( Timber to be suplied by department )First class Deodar(Skilled Labours) 7 Sawing and finishing oftimber as per dimensions and planing it to make it smooth , even and ready for use Complete 8 Fixing 16 mm dia anchor bolts of 450 mm long including nuts and washers etc complete 9 Providing colour coated high rib sheet roofing of approved colour and shade fixed with screwsor hooks (up to a pitch of 60 degrees) excluding the cost of purlins rafters trusses etc. 10 Providing Colour coated ridges or hips of width 450 cm over all width plain including cost of all fittings and carriage 11 fixing 20mm thick wooden planks ceiling 1st class deodar wood with nails and frames including primer and two coats of paint and Excluding carriage as directed by engineer in charge( Timber to be suplied by department ) 12 fixing of 40×300mm thick, 2nd Class deodar Wood eaves boarding fixed in position with nails and framesincluding primer and two coats of paint and Excluding carriage .Eves Boarding 13 Fixing of 100mm x 75mm Ist class Deodar railing ofapproved Design and pattern all complete.(Timer to be supplied by department) 14 French Spirit Polishing , two or more coats on new works, including a coat of wood filler 15 Finishing of wooden posts/planks by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth for polishing the wood works ( hard and soft wood ) 16 Ornamental wooden Jali worknailed over wooden frame of 2’-0”×2’-0” with necessary ties etc including cost of nailsof KD wood and primer with two coats of touch wood paint. 17 Fixing of 35x35 mm thick wooden cornice of Budloo wood incl. of all carriage complete( Timber to be suplied by department ) 18 Carraige of timber by MT= 10 km from source to site of work (SSR Item No 1.1.12) 19 Carriage of Timber by Head Load on an Avg of 1000 Mtrs(SSR 2022 plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 26 Providing and fixing ornamental iron garden benches of standard manufacture duely spray painted in cement concrete block of 1:2:4 mix including trenches excavation with the following minimum specification (i) area = 1500mm x 610mm (ii) length= 1500mm (iii) height= 710mm (iv) Main frame and sides made of cast iron ornamental type (v) Seat and back shall be 1.6mm thick rectangular iron tubes of crossection not less than 50.8mm x 25.4mm. 27 fixing 300x35 mm thick wooden planks of 1st class deodar wood with nails and wooden frames including primer and two coats of paint and Excluding carriage as directed by
