E-Tender for 55 kilo Liter per day Sewerage Treatment Plant at 400 KV S/Stn BBMB Bhiwani.; 1 Excavation in Soil (any type) using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, including all lifts and combined lead up to 30m 2 Cement concrete 1:5:10With stone aggregate 40mm gauge mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type. 3 Centering and shuttering for faces of walls, partitions, retaining walls and the like (vertical or battering includingattached pilasters buttresses etc. . 4 Centering and shuttering for flat surfaces such as suspended floors, roofs, landings, chajjas, shelves etc 5 Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth. 6 Cement concrete 1:2:4(a)with stone ballast or shingle mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type 7 Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete 8 First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth 9 12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 10 16mm thick cement plaster 1:3 in two coat work 11 Floating coat of 1:5mm thick neat cement laid in one operation to the topping 12 Providing and placing in horizontal layers filtering media screened, washed and cleaned as described below:-(Ref.CSR 2020 – 28.51 b,c &e) 13 Second Layer: ----- Coarse sand screened, cleaned and washed and graded from 3mm to 6mm (from Pathankot or approved equivalent quarry). 14 Third Layer:- Bajri screened, cleaned and washed and graded from 6mm to 20mm (from Pathankot or approved equivalent quarry). 15 Bottom Layer :- Broken stone, screened, cleaned and washed and graded from 50mm to 75mm (from Pathankot or approved equivalent quarry). 16 Providing & fixing 560 mm, 500 mm and 450 mm internal diametre circular or 450 mm x 600 mm clear inside opening rectangular RCC manhole cover and frame ISI marked as per IS:12592-2002 including carriage from thestores of the Engineer-in-charge to site of work, loading, unloading including stacking and setting the same to correct lines over manholes including cement concrete copping (M:20) around the frame etc. Dia of steel for lifting hook is 16mm. (for EHD and HD). ( Ref.CSR 2020 – 29.34 A) RCC Man hole cover with Frame (a)560mm i/d RCC man hole cover with frame as per ISI (i)Extra Heavy duty 17 Foot Rest for Manhole. Providing orange colour safety footrest of minimum 6mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS:10910 on 12mm dia steel bar confirming to IS: 1786 having minimun cross section as 23mm x 25mm and over all minimum length 263mm and width as 165mm with minimum 112mm space between protruded legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm as per standard drawing and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specification and having manufacturers permanent identification mark to be visible even after fixing, including fixing in manholes with 230x150x75cm cement concrete block 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 stone aggragate) complete as per design. 18 Providing and fixing in position Centrifugally cast-iron soil waste vent or antisyphonage pipes single socket to I.S.I. specification of E.D.C manufacture or of any other reputed firm including cutting, jointing, wastage, but excluding cost of lead jointing. b) 100mm i/d single socket Centrifugally cast iron pipe lines laid complete 19 Providing and fixing in position H.C.I special for soil waste vent or anti syphonage pipes to I.S.I specifications of E.L.C manufacture or any other reputed firm including cutting and wastage etc. cutting holes in walls roofs or floors etc. and making good to its original condition but excluding cost of lead joining.A)100mm i/d pipes (i) 100mm i/d H.C.I. Heal Rest Bend 20 Making dewatering arrangement by pumpingset 4 *4 (Tractor driven) 21 Supply, Installation/Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 55KLD PLC (Programmable Logic controller) based STP fitted with various mechanical parts, Bar screen, Tertiary Treatment system, Primary feed Raw sludge pump for filters, Aeration System, Blower, Chemical dosing pumps, Air diffusers Aeration Tank, Aeration Grid and Electrical panel for pump and motor complete in all respect except civil works as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
