Tender For Providing Vitrified Tiles, Paver Blocks In Front Of Exchange Csc, And Drain Pipe With Misc Allied Civil Work For Shifted Hill View Exchange; 1 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2 Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 3 100 mm dia pipe 4 Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamps of approved design to C.I. or S.C.I. rain water pipes embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10 cm of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the walls etc. : 5 100 mm diameter 6 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 7 (i)Single socketed pipes. 8 110 mm diameter 9 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 10 Bend 87.5° 11 110 mm bend 12 Shoe (Plain) 13 110 mm Shoe 14 Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 15 Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). 16 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 17 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) 18 Neat cement punning 19 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 20 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 21 Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. 22 Old work (one or more coats) 23 White washing with lime to give an even shade : 24 Old work (two or more coats) . 25 Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: 26 Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm). 27 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-harge. 28 With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand). 29 Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : 30 250 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe 31 300 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe 32 Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge 33 25 mm average thickness 34 Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer-In-charge complete in all respect. 35 SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer 36 Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. 37 Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2). 38 12 mm average thickness.
