S&F Geyser 25 Litres with inner tank and heating element 2KW capacity, BEE 5 Star rated, PUF insulation, outer body made of rutst proof ABS and plastic end cover complete with all accessories such as safety valve, themostate, NRV, connection piece, anchor bolts etc incl record serial No, Make and marking MES No (As given by MES), complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note- Manufacturer shall provide warrantee of inner tank for minimum 7 years and warrantee for heating element for minimum 3 years).

Supply and laying16mm inner dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 including plain CPVCwith all fittings on wall/ceiling on laying in floor/wall complete with proper steel sadding of half meter apart of each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 15mm bore bib taps ISI marked cast copper alloy chroumium plated with crutch butterfly handle screw down for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC connection pipe hot and cold size 15mm PTMT nuts of length 750mm suitable for geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 15mm bore stop valve ISI marked cast copper alloy chroumium plated with crutch butterfly handle screw down for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiringfor switch socket combination 3 pin 15 Amp on independent board complete with 2.5 sqmm , single core & provision of earth wire 2.5 sqmm complete, multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade, drawn throughPVC concealed rigid conduit 25 mm bore,medium gradeon wall/ceiling ,including replacement by new 3 mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top covers and sunk type CI/steel terminal boxes ,cromium plate screwas suitablesize for mounting ofswitch & scoketincluding 2.5 sqmm size pvc insulated unsheathed copperconductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.Note: Therate quoted is deemed to be included for Penolic sheet (Hylem) and steel terminal box , cutting of hylem sheet for fixing ofswitch and scoket including cutting chases in wallmaking good to disturbed surface and matching with existing surfaces.
