1	Contractor / Bidder to insert here-in-below their rate percentage by opting less or Excess option for below or above the rates contained in MES SSR-2020 (Part-II) -Rates including amendments No. 1 to 122. If net Schedule Rates are offered atPAR with MES Schedule, \"0\" should be inserted in percentage box. The Less/Excess percentage inserted by the contractor shall be deemed firmirrepective of calculations/ amount generated elsewhere in this BOQ template. The Contractor shall be allowed to insert the percentage only upto two decimal places.NOTES : (i) Irrespective of amount generated in BOQ template, the net contractsum shall be as shown in Appendix \"A\" to Notice of e-Tender.(ii) The supplementary rates given in tender shall be treated as \"At Par\" of SSRand quoted percentage shall also be applicable on supplementary rates.
