Tender For Misc Repair/Replacement Of Ht Panel Indoor/Outdoor Vcbs, Transformers And Connected Works Under Ge Saugor; 1 Disconnecting existing incoming & outgoing connections and inspection, servicing, testing, checking and calibration healthiness of entire HT 36 kV, 1600 Amps, 25 kA VCB outdoor type including cleaning, greasing of all mechanical parts of VCB and checking smooth operation manually and motorised with remote panel of VCB for tripping and closing, checking of CTs, PTs, all internal wiring as per site requirement, calibration of VCB and components and to maintain desired insulation level of each phase for smooth operation and test reports of all panels complete all as specified and as directed including the followings: - (396/3094-HV/04, 396/3095-HV/04,396/3015-HV/05 & 396/3093-HV/06)(a) Cleaning of Vacuum Circuit Breaker with CRC-226.(b) To check the condition of SIC contacts.(c) Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact.(d) Checking and proper tightening of hardware.(e) Checking of proper closing/ open of all poles.(f) Checking of breaker tripping through push button.(g) Checking and adjusting gap between hylem sheet and side plate.(h) Checking motor operation in case of EDO.(i) Checking auxiliary contacts continuity proper change over.(j) Checking of presence if circlips.(k) Checking IR between phase to phase (VCB closed condition).(l) Checking IR between phase to earth (VCB closed condition).(m) Checking IR between phase to earth (VCB open condition).(n) Cleaning and providing lubricants on movable mechanical parts.(o) Testing of relays through secondary injections.(p) Tripping of VCB through Buchholz relay/ OTI/WTI if required.(q) Testing of CTs and PT.(s) Testing of contact resistance of VCBsNote: -(i) Spare parts excluding wiring shall be measured & paid separately (ii) Servicing shall be carried out by authorised rep of VCB manufacturer. 2 M&L for repairs to motor charging mechanism by opening of 36KV, upto 1600A, 25 KA circuit breaker by authorised Engineer B45 3 S&F in repalcement of tripping and closing coil for 36 KV VCB outdoor type as per existing complete all as specfied and directed. 4 S&F in replacement of limit switch for VCB as per existing complete all as specified and directed. 5 Inspection, servicing, testing, checking and calibration of remote panel for HT 36 kV VCB, outdoor type including cleaning, checking internal wiring, tripping operation of earth fault and over current relays, transformer protection relays complete for smooth operation of panel by injecting artificial HT supply for checking tripping on earth fault and over current complete all as specified and as directed. (As mentioned in ser No. 1) 6 Inspection, servicing, testing, checking and calibration of 11 kV VCB (SF6 breaker) panel consisting of two incoming and three outgoing including bus-coupler (total VCB 06 Nos) for servicing, cleaning, tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing inspection of busbar, CTs/PTs, internal wiring of control panel, indicators, measuring of IR value, calibration of IDMT relays, replacement of unserviceable spare parts, testing of tripping system, to maintain desired insulation level of each panel and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by mechanical means including testing complete all as specified and as directedincluding the followings: - (MRS Koregaon)(a) Cleaning of Vacuum Circuit Breaker with CRC-226.(b) To check the condition of SIC contacts.(c) Checking condition and alignment of jaw contact.(d) Checking and proper tightening of hardware.(e) Checking of proper closing/ open of all poles.(f) Checking of breaker tripping through push and closing spring mechanism by opening of HT 11 KV SF-6 circuit breaker trolly by authorised Engineer complete all asspecified and directed. 9 Supply onlyin repair of tripping & closing coilsuitable for HT 11KV VCB as per existing complete all as specified and directed. 10 Supply onlyin repair master trip relay for earth fault & over current suitable for HT 11 KV VCB panel complete all as specified and directed. 11 Supply only in repair three phase overcurrent & earth fault relay for HT 11KV VCB panel complete all as specified and directed. 12 Supply onlyinneon indicator LED lamp for indicating RYB in HT 11 KV VCB panel complete all as specified and directed. 13 Supply only in repair digital ampere meter 0-100 Amps on HT 11KV VCB panel suitable for existing CT ratio complete all as specified and directed. 14 Supply only in repair trip, close and neutral rotary switch complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F in repalcement of current transformer 150/5+5 Amps 11 KV indoor type fixed inside the HT panel as per existing complete all as specfied and directed. 16 Inspection, servicing, testing, checking and calibration of 11 KV VCB panel consisting of one incoming and one outgoing (total VCB 02 Nos) for servicing, cleaning, tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing inspection of busbar, CTs/PTs, internal wiring of control panel, indicators, measuring of IR value, calibration of relays, replacement of unserviceable spare parts, testing of tripping system, to maintain desired insulation level of each panel and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by all internal wiring complete by authorised Engineer complete all asspecified and directed. 18 S&F in replacement of current transformer 150-75/5 Amps 11 KV indoor type fixed inside the HT panel as per existing complete all as specfied and directed. 19 Supply only HRC fuse 6 to 10 Amps suitable for VCB panel as per existing complete all as specified and directed. 20 Inspection, servicing, testing, checking and calibration of 11 KV VCB panel consisting of one incoming and four outgoing (total VCB 05 Nos) for servicing, cleaning, tightening of loose mechanical mechanism, greasing inspection of busbar, CTs/PTs, internal wiring of control panel, indicators, measuring of IR value, calibration of relays, replacement of unserviceable spare parts, testing of tripping system, to maintain desired insulation level of each panel and removing all type of dust and settled dirt by mechanical means including testing complete all as specified and as directed including the followings: -(a) Cleaning of down power transformer from the site upto any height including opening of mounting and nut bolt and taking down from plingth and pole, draining out the old oil,transporting the transformers to work shop/ factory for repairs & transporting the same back after repairs at the location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, connecting up, making all cable connections, earth connections etc and testing complete of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. 39 Shifting the unserviceable step down distribution transformer from the site upto any height including opening of mounting and nut bolt and taking down from plingth and pole, draining out the old oil,transporting the transformers to work shop/ factory for repairs & transporting the same back after repairs at the location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, connecting up, making all cable connections, earth connections etc and testing complete of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. 40 Shifting the serviceable step down distribution transformer from MES yard/site upto any height including fixing, mounting,with nut bolt complete on plinth/pole, transporting the transformer from MES yard to site & transporting the same back to yard after fixing the repaired transformer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, connecting up, making all cable connections, earth connections etc and testing complete of any capacity complete all as specified and directed. 41 Opening of Top cover of distribution/Power transformerfor inspection of worn out parts/tap changers and reassembling after repair / replacement of worn out parts complete all as specified and directed. Note : parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 42 Disconnecting HV / LV connection of transformer and re-connection on same position afterrepair complete all as specified and directed. 43 Taking out core assembly of transformer for repair / rewinding of LV / HV coil including reassembling after repair and testing on load for satisfactory performance of transformer complete all as specified and directed. 44 M&L for rewinding of HV/LV coil with copper conductor including insulation material in replacement complete all as specified and directed 45 M&L for re-insulating existingLV coilmade out of copper conductor including insulation material complete all as specified and directed 46 M&L for rewinding of HV/LV coil with and testing in repair cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size120 - 185 Sqmm all as per manufacturer’s recommendations complete all as specified and directed. 60 Supply, jointing and testing in repair cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size120 - 185 Sqmm all as per manufacturer’s recommendations complete all as specified and directed. 61 Supply, jointing and testing in repair cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat Part -I & II including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on exposed portion and making strips of width 30 cm upto 1.5 m from the ground level in black and white shade in alternate layer including numbering of poles using two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer to embedded portion of pole including making good to match existing area complete all as specified and as directed. 83 M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregatein foundationof PCC poles/ struts, etc. including form workcompleteall as specified and directed 84 M & L forplain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of stay assy/ pole etc, including form workcomplete all as specified and directed 85 M & L forplain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping/plinth of poles, including necessary form work finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. 86 Excavation in trenches in hard /dense soil not exceeding1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5metre wide and not exceeding 1.5metre in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed. 87 Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m and n exc 3.0 m depth in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed. 88 Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directedat a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point complete all as specified and directed. 89 Returning filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 90 S&F in ground PCC cable route indicator duly engraved with words HT Cable and arrow indicating direction of laying of cable, complete all as specified and directed.Note. PCC cable route indicator shall be provided at specified distance along the HT cable at all cable joint and turning etc. 91 S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour with voltage 33000V/11000V as indicated and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT size 25x20 cm complete all as specified and directed. 92 Cutting /trimming of tree branches upto 80 mm thickness along LT/HT OH electric lines which are growing /touching or falling on ACSR conductor / poles or near by sub stns etc at any height from GL and making sufficient clearance (1.5m)from ACSR CONDUCTOR/POLES/STRUCTURE and taking down the same on the ground carefully avoiding the damage and removing to a distance complete all as specified and directed.
