| 112 | Note for SL No: 73.03,74.03 & 75.03:-(i) The lift shall be operated daily in two shifts as afirected by the Engineer-in-Charge.(ii)The timings for two shifts of 8 hours each daily i.e. First shift be from 0630 hours to 1430 hours and second shift shall be from 1430 hours to 2230 hrs.(iii)In case of non function of passenger lift, the goods lift installed in the same building shall be operated as directed.(iv)The work shall be suprevised by adequately qualified supervisor with relevant experience of minimum 2 to 3 years items under BOQ shall be deemed to be including the same.(v)The unit rate is deemed to include for maintaining log books, record of repair / replacement of perished / underviceable, minor adjustment, minor repairs of all accessories, cleaning / up keeping of lift and surrounding area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(vi) One emergency light and necessary tool shall be available in a tool box with the operator in the shifts for smooth functioning of lifts.(vii)Conveyance and communication system like mobile phone etc. shall be provided by the bidders / Service providers to all lift attendants / Supervisors.(viii)The Bidders shall ensure housekeeping, environmental cleanliness of area all round the lift and the area shall be kept absolutely neat and clean. The lift attendant shall clean the lift car cabin, all landing floors and tiles all round lift doors with necessary cleaning material such as cotton cloth and cleaning solution etc. |
| 113 | Note for SL No: 73.03,74.03 & 75.03 Conte...:-(ix) The Bidders shall abide by the latest labour rules and minimum wages Act. Wages paid by the bidders to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by the state/central government from time to time whichever is higher. The Biddrs shall also insure the workmen employed on the job. (x) The Biddrs is responsible for insurance, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Labour welfare cess etc, as applicable and shall be deemed to be included for the same.(xi)Dress Code :The bidders shall provide the workmen with dark blue colour uniform (formal pant & shirt) with labels showing / printed i.e. \" Name of the firm and designation\" on front and on the back of the T-shirt along protective clothing /gear. The bidders shall also provide shoes to the workers and he persons shall not be allowed to enter the work site without wearing shoes.(xii)Insurance : The Bidders shall be responsible for all Accidents / Injuries hapenning to the workmen. Any accident causing minor/fatal injury, partial disability due to any untoward on account of any mishanding / worng operation / lack of knowledge of safety precautions or on account of any circumstances beyound his / their control, the bidders shall be solely responsible for setting all claims of copensation to the deceased falling which department will have a right to recover any sum indicated / claimed by labour commissioner / court authorities. No claim whats over will be entertained in this regard. No compensation is enable by the department on this account. Bidders shall provide first aid boxes to meet any emergency situations. |
