Upgradation Of Fiac, Udala Civil Works- 1 Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 12 mm. sizehard broken granite chips including cost,conveyance and royality of materials curing etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 2 4cm.thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab using 12mm.& down grade size CBHG chips including cost,conveyance and royalty of materials curing etc.complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .(For old work) 3 Supply fitting and fixing MS grill with Iron work wrought and put up in window grating including drilling holes in choukathas etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge. 4 Enamel Painting two coats with enamel paint of approved quality etc. complete as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . 5 Supplying ,fitting, fixing of factory made single leaf rigid FRP composite door shutter of 32mm thick,laminated with to GRP skins with wood grain finished fabricated using UV stabilized Isopthalic gal coat and one layer of 450 gsm E-glass chopped strand mat (CSM) impregnated with orthopathalic ,polyster resin including fitting of all fixtures like hinges,towerbolt,handle,aldrop etc with cost,conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour etc. complete. 6 Supplying ,fitting, fixing of FRP door frame of size 75x100mm including drilling holes in masonary wall 7 Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for fitting and fixing Rotational moulded polyethelene cylindrical vertical water storage tanks conforming to IS : 12701-1996 including cutting holes through the tank and fixing mild steel tubes and fitting and providing extra sockets and jam nuts, fixing ball valve etc, including hoisting up to a height of 5 m above ground level and plaing the tank to the required position on staging, complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer -in - charge excluding cost of tank. 8 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes conforming to IS:15778, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 9 (a) 25mm dia PVC pipe in all floors 10 Recessed wiring to light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor of ISI marked with 20 mm dia non-metalic PVC flexible conduit with 5 Amp, 250 V modular type switch ISI marked and ceiling rose ISI marked mounted on MS box having front modular cover of suitable size , MS modular box with 1.0 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor as earth wire including all accesories and connection as per direction of Engineer in Charge. ( Make of wire Finolex / L&T / Anchor / Havels / V Guard ) 11 Supplying,fitting andfixingof 48 Fan with regulatorof approved design as per engineer-in-charge 12 Labour for cleaning floor and wall of toilet 13 Providing fitting fixing of decorative Gypsum cornice in all respect as per direction in charge. 14 Installation, Testing and Commisioning of 50 W LED street Light etc. directctly in celling/ wall , including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor and earthing as required as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
