plain concrete work as directed by the EIC, including cost of marine plywood 19mm thick, centering and shuttering, all labour charges, cost of binding materials, cost of transportation charges of all materials to work site, cost of timber battens and ballies, cost of minor tools, GST, labour welfare ess etc., complete. 6 Chipping and removing of existing surface of wearing coat for laying of cement concrete including cost of all labour charges, disposal of removed materials with in a lead of 50mtrs from the work site, including cost of minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 7 Conveying the dismantled broken or dismantled concrete/ rubbish/debris/ earth/ asphalt materials by truck from the work site and conveying the same within a lead of 10KM as directed by EIC, including all labour charges, hire charges of truck with POL and operator, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 8 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats, pipe and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres from the work site and cost of minor tools, GST, labour welfare ess etc., complete. 9 Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, including cost of cement, stone aggregates from mainland quarry, Mainland river sand,all labour charges, cost of minor tools, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, GST, labour welfare cess, etc complete.- All work upto plinth level.1:1½:3 (1 cement, 1½ Mainland river sand, 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size from Mainland Quarry ) 10 Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, welded, bolted and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using G.I steel tubes & structural steel etc. as required in steel ladder ralling, balcony railings, staircases railing, gate and similar works etc, as per the direction of EIC, includingcoat of all materials, fitting charges, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to worksite and minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.G.I pipe 50mm/40mm/25mm dia nominal bore (class B). 11 Removing / scrappingdry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches including cost of sand paper, including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 12 Painting two coats with 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over the MS Angle, kerb walls and hand railing as directed by the EIC, including cost of all materials like paint, brush, scaffolding charge, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 13 Painting with two or more coats with 1st quality antifungal exterior plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade including cost of antifungal paint, brush, cost of all other materials, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 14 Supply and application of NITOBOND EP to the old cement concrete surface, including making the surface free from loose materials, dust, dirt, spreading the NITOBOND EP evenly over the cleaned surface, including cost of NITOBOND EP, including cost of all materials, transportation charges of all materials to worksite, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 15 Plastering with Cement Mortar in 12mm thick with 1:4 (1 cement and 4 Mainland river sand) using Mainland river sand and 43 grade Ordinary Portland Cement as per the direction of EIC, including cost of cement, mainland river sand, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials in work site, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools and plants, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 16 Supply, deliver, transportation, fabrication and fixing of MS Angles 100 x 100 x 10mm with proper anchoring in M20 concrete along the edges of cast-in-situ structures for edge protection and nosing of beams as per the direction of EIC, including cost steel angles, cutting, welding, cost of electrodes gas cylinder, including one cost of approved steel primer, transportation charges all materials to worksite, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 17 Supply and installation of Solid Rubber Fender (type and size-1000 x 500 x 250mm) made from high abrasion resistant rubber compound, fixed to jetty/ferry landing structure using stainless steel bolts, nuts, washers, backing plate, and other necessary fixtures, including drilling, aligning, handling, positioning, fixing, and sealing with epoxy-based adhesive compound as per manufacturer’s specification and instructions of the EIC, including cost of all materials, all labour charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, scaffolding charges, cost of minor tools and plants, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete. 18 Fixing of Mini Giant Tyre Fenders on the berthing face of the vehicle ferry jetty/wharf containing one tyre, including making holes, cutting, bending and fixing of GI nipple, GI flange, GI chain, GI D-Shackle, wire rope, wire grips etc., but excluding cost of mini giant tyres, GI nipple, GI flange, GI chain, GI D-Shackle, wire rope, wire grips etc., which will be supplied by the department on free of cost from ALHW Store at Swaraj Dweep, including cost of hire charges of welding machine, cost of electrodes, packing of empty gunny bags inside the tyre, scaffolding charges, transportation charges of all materials to work site, all labour charges, minor tools and plants, GST, labour welfare cess etc., complete.
