| 3 | Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts to proper slope and profile as per the requirement including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cmand laying in layers not exceeding 0.30M in depth to proper slope and profile with supply of all labour and tools and plants, all materials all taxes & supervision charges to complete the item of work as per design drawing and specification and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. |
| 4 | Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite chips aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleteriousmaterials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including hire charges of concrete mixer and vibrator with cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of wateretc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement as per approved design & specification including cost, conveyance and other taxes (binding wires cost included 18 to 20 gauge) etc. complete in all respect including all leads & lifts from bending yard to placement spot with supplying of labour and T&P and labour cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. |
