Not For Sale.1)All Other P.Way Material Near By The Lot Treated As Nfs Since Yard.2)Some Psc Sleepers Attached With Er Clips, The Same May Be Removed At The Time Of Delivery. The Same May Be Treated As Nfs. Note- (I)Bidders Should Survey The Lot For Qty, Quality, Road Approach Etc., Before Bidding In E- Auction. (Ii)After Auction No Communication Would Be Entertained (Iii) Delivery To Be Made On Number Basis Only, (Iv)Breaking Is Not Permitted In Railway Premises And Debris Not To Be Deposited Anywhere In Railway Premises, (V)Purchaser Should Take Care While Loading Of Psc Sleeper Because The Same Is Stocked Near Live Rail Lines With Ohe Lines Or Vehicle Moving Path, (Vi)Crane/Lorry Loading Is Permitted While Delivery, (Vii)Any Other Materials Other Than Those Which Are Included In The Ds8 Should Be Treated As Nfs.
