Tender For Special Repair To Bc Road To Nuasahi Road For The Year 2025-26.; 1 Dismantling and removing cement concrete including stacking of the useful materialsfor reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.. 2 Clearing and Grubing road land including uprooting rank, vegetation, grass, bushes, thumbs, saplings and trees girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 3 Earthwork in excavation in foundation and trencheshard soil all lead and lift including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the soil including all labour as per direction ofEngineer-in-charge. 4 Fillingwith sand well watered and compacted with appropriate rammer or mechanical compactor and top surface dressed and levelled to proper gradient as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including watering and ramming withcost conveyance, royalities, taxes of all materials and labour with required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge. 5 P.C.C.M-15 with Cement concrete 1:2.5:5 in Foundation with using h.g.stone agreegates of approved quality including hoisting and laying placing in position concrete watering and curingincluding cost of rigid and smooth stool centering and shuttering and cost, conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials labour required for the work etc. complete The materials used in the work and finished item of work shall confirm to relevant I.S specification and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge 6 Construction ofun-reinforced , dowel jointed at expansion and construction only, plain concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M-30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate 20 mm and down graded , mixed in a concrete mixerand appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansionand construction joints, applyingsealant,admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawingand Technical Specification as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 7 Providing of 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade and approved make,varity colour and size made by block making machine with strong vibratory compection of approved design and shape ,laid in required colour and pattern over 25mm thick compected bed of coarse sand ,filling the joints with fine sand etc,alletc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge 8 Earthwork in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods by mechanical means to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
