Tender For Rd Road To Alkar; 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORTH specification& as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing breaking clods and leveling bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working area etc. complete as depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Earth work excavation in foundation in Ordinary soil or gravelly soil within 50 m initial lead & 1.5 m initial lift including rough dressing & breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm & laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 m in depth & as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 3 Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub baseGrading-III material as per table 400-1 , spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface ,mixing by mix in place method woith rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision) 4 Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for road & bridge works.(4th Revision) 5 Scrapping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3 Kg bitumen for 10 M2 and laying 37.5mm thick(BUSG) in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 to 40mm size HG metal & 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen / 10 Sqm with 0.12 cum of12mm sizeHG chips as key stone for 10 sqmspreading over & laying including heating, pouring& spreading bitumen, metal & chips &rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all machineries required for the work including cost & conveyance of bitumen, metal & chips, cost of all labour T&P etc. completeas per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision). 7 Providing & applying tack coatusing bitumen 0.20 /0.30/ 4 Kg per on the prepared bituminous surface / granular base treated with primer / granular base (not primed) cleaned surface including clearing the surface etc. complete for finished item of work including cost,conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T & P all other materials required for the work etc. complete as per direction of theEngineer-in-Charge.For Normal bituminous surface 8 For Granular base treated with primer 9 Providingand laying semi dence bituminousconcrete withbatch type hot mix plant usingcrushed aggregates of spcified gradingpremixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher withsensorcontrol to the required grade, level and alignment androlling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve thedesired compactionas per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) 10 Providing & spreading good laterite moorum in road berm / shoulder including watering, cambering along with proper compactionwith cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials required for the work including cost of all labour etc. complete as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
