Tender For Rd Road To Haridamada For The Year 2025-26; 1 Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlierand disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MORTH specification& as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 2 Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen boiler fitted with spray set using 0.20 Kg / Sqm area on bituminous surface including clearing the surface etc. complete for finished item of work including cost,conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T & P all other materials required for the work etc. complete as per direction of theEngineer-in-Charge. 3 Scrapping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3 Kg bitumen for 10 M2 and laying 37.5mm thick(BUSG) in one layer using 0.45 cum of 25 to 40mm size HG metal & 12.00 Kg penetration grade of bitumen / 10 Sqm with 0.12 cum of12mm sizeHG chips as key stone for 10 sqmspreading over & laying including heating, pouring& spreading bitumen, metal & chips &rolling with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all machineries required for the work including cost & conveyance of bitumen, metal & chips, cost of all labour T&P etc. completeas per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. 4 Providingand laying semi dence bituminousconcrete withbatch type hot mix plant usingcrushed aggregates of spcified gradingpremixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher withsensorcontrol to the required grade, level and alignment androlling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve thedesired compactionas per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) 5 Providing cement concrete M-30with 20mm size down graded stone aggregate in foundations up to depth of 1.50m below ground level & up to a height of 1.50m above Ground level / Bed level including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes, labour, T&P & direction of all other materials required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 6 Providing & spreading good laterite moorum in road flanks to required thickness with proper slope and camber as per direction with hand packing with cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials required for the work including cost of all labour etc. complete as per the specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
