Reconstruction Of Outlets At Rd 4275,4095, , 4275 M And Construction Of Lining In Patches On Rd 150 To 500 M Devai Minor Project- 1 Dismantling the Stone Masonry in cement mortar including stacking the material with all lifts etc.complete as directed. 2 Dismantling theold lime concrete or cement concreteincluding stacking the material with all. lead and all lifts etc. complete 3 Excavation in all kinds of soil including boulders upto 0.60m diameter(0.113cum) for canal , seating of embankment , filter drains / catch water drain etc, and placing the exacavatedstuffneatlyin dump area or formationofserviceroad/ embankment as directed including cost of all materials,machinary , labour , dressingbedandsidesto required level and profile etc,complete with all leads,lifts andlevies and taxes. 4 Providing and Laying rubble soiling below foundation in layers including filling with rubble chips, murum etc comleteas directed. 5 Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15 40 MSA of trap / granite / gneiss / quartzite / graded metal for foundation and bedding with Batching Plant and Transit Mixer including placing, compacting, curing with an initial lead of 1 km and all lifts etc. completed as directed. 6 Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of grade M-15(20 MSA) of trap /granite / gneiss/ quartzite/ gradedmetal for RCC workofretaing wall,piers, abutments etc.with Batching Plant and Transit mixer with c centering, shuttering, scaffolding, placing, compacting, curing etc. complete with all liftsas directed. 7 Providing and fixing in position TMT- FE- 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels,chajjas, lintels pardis, copings,fins, arches etc.as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules.including cutting,bending,hooking the bars, binding with wire sortack welding and supporting as required complete as directed. 8 Providing cohesive non-swelling (CNS) material lining to canals using selected material from approved borrow area including cost of all materials, machinery, labour,spreading soil in layers of thickness not more than 150mm including providing 20 cm or so (perpendicular to side slope) of extra pride, removing pride just prior to the placement of lining, breaking clods, watering, compacting to density control of not less than 95% or as stipulated, dressing to require profile including cost of water etc. complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed. 9 Providing and Laying in situ M-15 (20 MSA) (28 days cube compressive strength not less than 15N/sqmm) grade cement concrete with clean, hard, graded aggregate for canal lining for side and bed including cost of all materials, machinery, labours, cleaning with batching plant and transit mixer placing in position, finishing with slope of canal including Scaffolding, formwork, compaction, curing, by cutting grooves, filling with sealing compound and providing porous plugs, preparation of sub grade excluding royalty of materials etc. complete with an initial lead of 1 km and all lifts as directed. For Bed Lining 10 For Slope Lining 11 Manufacturing with QAP, fabrication, erection, commissioning & testing of Gate leaf of Sliding type gate Consisting of following parts. Skin plate skeleton, End Verticals, Guide Brackets, vertical and horizontal stiffeners etc. (As per Drg.) All material used shall conformed to related IS Codes specified in IS 9349. Mild steel confirming to IS 2062.The tolerances for embeded parts and in (Item contd. on next pagecomponents of gate are as per IS 9349. The tolerances between Bushing/Bearing /Pin Should confirm to IS 919 (Part I & II). Other Material includes C.S. (IS1030), Brass (IS 28), P. Bronze (IS 305), Al. Bronze (IS 318), S.S. (IS 6911), Rubber seal (IS 11855), Welding electrodes (AWS E6013 for general weld joints & E7018 for X ray quality weld joints). It includes all materials, Labour charges, machining and machinery charges, 1km lead charges of transportation, loading and unloading charges of Gate parts at Site, Inspection & Quality control charges, Sand blasting, Painting with one coat of Zinc rich primer on dry film to give total dry film thickness 70 +/- 5 microns and 2 coats of sloventless coal tar epoxy paint applied to give minimum dry film thickness of 150+/- 5 micron per coat as per IS 14177 .The gates shall be reasonably watertight. Including collars , excavation ,layang , fixing with collars inn cement mortar 1:1 refaing trench etc .complete with all leads & lifts . 13 Back Filling up to ground level behind the canal structures etc complete with suitable material of approved quality in layers not eceeding 20 cm without disturbing the structure etc complete as directed. 14 Providing casing embankment using selected pervious material from approved borrow areas (Government acquired land) in layers including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all other operations such as collection of soil, spreading soil in layer of specified thickness, sorting out,breaking clods, levelling, sectioning edges / sides,watering, compacting each layer to density control of not less than 95% of Proctor density using vibratory compactor including cost of water etc., complete with lead upto1 km and all lifts as directed.
