Tender For Supply, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of 2 Mgd And 3 Mgd Pumpset With Motor Complete With Other Allied Accessories (04 Nos) At Old Pump House No. 1 At Okhla Ww.; 1 Supply of 380m3/hr 45m horizontal split casing pump with impeller & Neck ring (CF8M), Casing (CI) and shaft Sleeve (SS-410) with suitable bearings, rest of other parts as per company standards in fitted conditions. Centrifuge pump sets with following technical specification : Pump Type BHead: 45 mtr. (minimum)Discharge: 570 m3/hr (minimum)Size: 300 mm X 250 mmPrime Mover Rating: 110 KW/ 150 HP @1465 rpmApplication: For clear waterType: Split casing horizontal pumpMotor: 110 KW/4 pole/ TEFC Type LT motor Make: KSB/Wilo (M&P)/Kirlosker Brothers Limited/Any approved make of DJB. 3 Dismantling of existing electric connection from motor, de-fastening of fasteners, de coupling of coupling from the motor and pump. Separating motor and pump from the base frame and placing them at safe place in pump house by Crane and Manual Labour. 4 Demolishing of existing RCC foundation as required for fresh foundation, This includes removing of malba of RCC from the foundation side by the heavy labour from the depth from ground floor to outside of pump house. 5 Supply of foundation bolt of size1X18, Nut-bolts and washer size as per site requirement. 6 Supply of neo prone rubber sheet (50%). Make:- Any DJB approved make. 7 Supply of cushion coupling TC/H/022 or as per site requirement 8 Fabrication of MS foundation of size 9x3.5 feet or as per site requirement as per frame size of pump and motor with MS thickness (8-10mm), MS channels (200 x 75mm; approx. 8-15 mtr., 100 x 50mm; approx. 5 mtr., 125 x 65mm; approx. -4 mtr), Ms Angle (75 x 75 mm; approx. - 3 mtr.), MS flat (75 x 10 mm; approx. -3 mtr.). 9 Supply of Flanges/tapers/reducer/enlarger/ MS Pipe of suitable size as per site requirement, elbow of MS pipe 10 mm thick etc on suction/delivery side as per site requirement. 10 RCC foundation having appropriate size of TMT bars in order to take-up the load/vibrations during pump operation. Size: 2.90 x 1.0 x 1.2 mtr. 11 Installation of above motor pump sets after fixing the MS foundation with all allied works i.e fixing of the motor and pump and coupling, fixing required size reducer, enlarger, elbow etc as per site requirement including all allied electrical, mechanical and civil work necessary to make functional the pump-motor set be operational (even if not included into the estimate), watch and ward, taking ali safety precaution, arranging all tools and tackles i/c welding set gas cuter etc. including Cartages loading and unloading of material and machine and all tools and tackles with to fro charges. & Testing and commissioning of all E&M equipment at no load and at full load successfully with vibrations.
