Quantum Of Work For Construction Of New 11 Kv Line And S/S Lt For Releasing Connection Under Full Deposite Scheame In The Area Of Edsd-Ii, Safipur Under Divison-Bangarmau, Unnao. - Safe Carriage of following Materials from ESC Store Centre Unnao to work dump site/dump site to ESC Store along with loading unloading & proper stocking as per requirement. 2 PCC/STP Pole 3 Distribution Transformer 25 KVA/ 63KVA/ 100 KVA11/0.4 KV 4 ACSR Weasel Conductor/Rabit Conductor 5 Arial bunch Conductor 1X16 / 3X50 / 3X95 sq mm 6 HT XLPE Cable 3x70 sq mm / 3X120 sq mm 11 KV 7 11 KVPilfer proof metering cubical andCT/PT unit 8 Loose line material. 9 Erection of PCC/ STP Double Pole Structure including digging of pit and fitting of all accessories complete. 10 Erection of PCC/ STP Pole including digging of pits, fitting of all accessories with its cartage dump site as per RESPO norms. 11 Making of H.T./L.T. Section points by brackets, clamps & Making of T-off arrangement for including fabrication and fitting of all accessories. 12 Laying of 11 KV cable size 3x70 sq mm/120 sq mm, dragging of trench 1050 mm, deep 520 mm wide, including all materials etc. /overhead on pole as required on site. 13 Cable hosting at pole with GI pipe & clamps as per RESPO Norms ( GI Pipe Provided by Contractor) 14 Fabrication/ Modifications of MS Items, for making sub station/HT/LT Line for 25/63/100 KVA Distribution Transformer, Nuts & Bolts as per requirement of site conditions. 15 Dismantling for Line Shifting of single pole/ Double Pole, Conductor, AB Cable and X-arms, brackets, Insulators, Channels and all hardware fittings. 16 Dismantling for Shifting Distribution Transformer on pole / plinth, Earthing and all related fittings. 17 Placement of 11/0.433 KV Distribution Transformer newly constructed T/F on Duble Pole Installation andcommissioning of 25/63/100 KVA Transformerincluding lugs,Jumpering & connectingEarthing ofbody & neutral with proper fitting with lugs,nut& bolt as per required. 18 Supply and Fixing of following materials 19 Holding clamps for PCC/STP with Nuts & Bolts. 20 Stay clampsfor PCC/STP with Nuts & Bolts. 21 LT clamps with Insulator for PCC/STP with Nuts & Bolts. 22 F-clamps for PCC/STP with Nuts & Bolts. 23 Stay Insulator 24 Providing & Installation PVC Cable 1x25 sq.mm. with Termination for T/F HT connection (each T/F 12 Mtr.) 25 Providing & InstallationHT Fuse Set 11 KV 26 Providing & Installation LT Fuse set in SMC Box for LT protection 27 Providing & fixing of danger board with barbed wire on new PCC/ST Pole 28 Providing & Installation LT PVC Cable 1x50 sqmm for LT fuse set in SMC Box & cable Termination for 25/63/100 KVA Distrbution Transformer Connection (each T/F 10 Mtr.) 29 Laying, stringing, tensioning & final sagging Guarding of Earth wire/G.I. wire including of cross lacing (minimum 10 no. in each span) 30 Making of cable box for 11 KV 3x70/3x120/3x185 sq.mm cable jointing kit/cable box. 31 Grouting OF PCC Pole as per RESSPO norms with grouting materials. 32 Earthing of PCC/ STP Pole as per RESSPO norms. 33 Laying Stringing & sagging of HT line by ACSR Weasel Conductor including all related work as joints /jumpers and binding on Insulators as required. 34 Laying, stringing Aerial Bunched Cable 1x16 / 3x50/ 3x95 sq mm including all fittings on errected ST Pole/ P.C.C. Pole. 35 Installation testing and commissining New 11 KV Pilfer proof metering cubical in Metering Room andCT/PT unit on pole and Cable terimanison, connecting earthing etc. 36 Digging of pits, fixing, nuzzling and grouting of stay rods as per RESSPO norms with grouting materials. 37 Chopping of tree branches lying in the route of making new 11 KV / LT line. 38 Received Back of Dismentling Material from work dump site/dump site to ESC store along wit loading unloading & proper stocking as per requirement 39 Distribution Transformer 25 KVA/ 63KVA/ 100 KVA11/0.4 KV 40 Scrap Iron 41 Scrap /Old & Used Cable and Conductor
