Tender For Spl Repair Of Internal Road At Klp Loc Of Eme Bn At Sukna Mil Stn Under Ge Sukna (2Nd Call); 1 Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm and segregation materials stacking for reuse and remove from the site of workcomplete all as specified and as directed. 2 M&L 7.5 cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM with Granite, trap or Basalt, coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 tonne power road roller, complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and finally Fanning the Cleaned Surface with Gunny Bags to remove all loose dirts, etc. Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 @ 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed . 4 M&L for premix bituminous macadam using paving bitumen of grade 30 Pack (VG-30) @ 4% by weight of total mixlaid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to12 tonne power road roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed.Note: The contractors quoted rate shall be also be deemed to include the following elements:(i)The contractor shall get the mix design done through GOvt approved Lab and the same shall be got approved from the bitumen content from the GE before providing Bituminous Mecadum.(ii) In case of varition in bitumen content as per approved design mix in comparision with the bitumen content as specified above, the varition in quantity of bitumen shall be adjusted @ Rs 42 per Kg. 5 M&L for preparing unsurfaced / new water bound macadam(WBM) surfaces by brushing with Wire Brushes for removing Caked, Mud, etc., Sweeping with Brooms and 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MaRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed. 6 M&L for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.0% binder content of paving bitumen grade 30 pack (VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in mechanical hot mix plant and remixed material laid with mechanical paver,rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.Note: The contractors quoted rate shall be also be deemed to include the following elements: (i)The contractor shall get the mix design done through GOvt approved Lab and the same shall be BS-3262 appled on road/pavement as in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc 10 cm in width & of thickness not less than 2 mm, with an including combination of retro reflective glass beads 250-300gm/Sqmall as per manufactures instruction, using thermoplastic applicaton unit etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Supply and fixing of cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed. 10 Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. 11 Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed. 12 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed. 13 M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete(1:3:6), type C2(40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, hard standing, path etc including finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed. 15 M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations or sand cushioning including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. 16 M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint in different tint over one coat of primer on new plastered/ concrete surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth including prepration of surface, complete all as specified and directed. 17 Demoliton of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, laid dry complete all as specified and directed. 18 M & L for Continuous brick edging; with brunt clay bricks of sub class B brickwith width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed. 19 S&F for non Metlic speed bumps, 730mm wide and 70mm center height (DA-1006) highly resistant to server impects and harsh weather condition. Its interlocking sub lines make it bind perfectly into a one firm bump. The per-colored material (Black/Yellow) and UV stablilizers keep them perpretually colorfull studded with refectors on either side, they are clearly visible to the moto complete all as specified and directed. 20 M & L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) solid block in kerb stone edging etc (of any section) with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortor (1:6) with joint to match complete all as specified and as directed. 21 Note 1:- (Applicable for all parts/items) : The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum / amendments and general condition of contracts before entry / quoting the rates.Note 2:-The contract sum shall be arrived at after deducting amount of schedule of credit from the total quoted amount.
