Tender For Provision Of Various E N M Items To Upkeep Of En M Infrastructure For Pumping Stations Under Je (Enm)-Ii Cnz. 1.001 Replacement of Non Rising Spindle Sluice Valve of CI body with Wedge, Bronze ring confirming to IS 14846 & SS IS: 6603 (ISI) Marked), PN 1.6 complete as required.SV 250 mm 2.001 Replacement of swing type Non return Valve of CI body with Door, bronze to Rubber rings confirming to IS 5312 (Part 1 & 2), PN 1.6 complete as required.SV 100 mm 3.001 Repairing of following rating Electrical Motor by rewinding, varnishing including dismentaling of motor from pump by heavy labour i/c loading, unloading to and fro cartage, complete with repairing of connection plate fan, fan cover and required balancing, making connection, installation, testing & commissioning on full load etc as required complete in all respects(old material to be retained by the contractor) i.e. 5 HP 4.001 Replacement of bearing (support bearing) of following rating electrical motor 5 HP (SKF make bearing no.63042ZVA201) 5.001 Replacement of bearing (Load bearing) of following rating electrical motor i/c machining of shafts, hardchroming wherever required and polishing etc as required complete in all respect 5 HP (SKF make bearing no.63042ZVA201)
